Cody later added, "Jessica and baby are both doing great... thank you for all the prayers."

The pair, however, have yet to announce the baby's gender and name.
Shortly before she gave birth, Jessica had posted about another milestone year on her 33rd birthday.
"33 today! I've never been someone who worries about getting older. I thank God for every single day he gives me. Growing older is such a blessing and life has gotten better year after year," Jessica captioned a sweet black-and-white photo with her husband on Monday, December 11 via Instagram.
"This year we get to welcome our last baby into the world and close a chapter while starting an exciting new one."
"I pray I get 100 more years so I can kiss @codythemarine a billion more times and watch our babies grow up," she continued. "Thank you God for every moment and every person who makes those moments special. Amen."
Jessica and Cody, 38, announced in July that they were expecting another little bundle of joy.
"New addition coming January 2024," Jessica and Cody wrote on Instagram in a joint post. "We're probably just as surprised as you are! Can't wait to hold you, little one."
(Since the baby was born in mid-December, he or she clearly arrived a little early.)
Alongside their pregnancy announcement this past summer, the Big Brother alums shared footage of the moment when they discovered Jessica was pregnant with Baby No. 4. (Cody also shares his fifth child, a pre-teen daughter named Paisley, with an ex-girlfriend).

The video then continued with Jessica and Cody looking at their new baby at an ultrasound appointment. Their daughters -- Maverick, 4, Carter, 3, and Atlas, 16 months -- came along for the doctor's visit.
Shortly after revealing their pregnancy news, Cody gushed about his wife in a lengthy Instagram post.
"I just want to give [Jessica] the most appreciation today," Cody wrote on July 11, sharing a photo from each time Jessica was expecting.
"She has been pregnant every year that we have been together. She absolutely wants to feel normal again, like she can have her body just to herself, but she is also extremely dedicated to growing our family and making the sacrifices to continue to do so."
Cody added, "We love her so much for it, I couldn't imagine life without her, raising this family without her, God gave me and the kids the perfect wife and mother. We love you @thejessicanickson."

"It is so wild how big I am and how painful this pregnancy has been. It feels like my first pregnancy all over again... I don't know if this baby is just sitting different or what's happening, but oh my goodness!" Jessica said.
Jessica and Cody previously stated that they've always "wanted a big family," according to Us Weekly.
"I can't explain how much I love, love having kids. I never expected to love it this much, but it's almost like a drug. I just love them so much," Jessica told the magazine in September 2022, shortly after welcoming Atlas into their family.
"I would like to have a fourth [baby] and I might be talked into a fifth, but no more after that."
Jessica joked about how "Cody could create a whole football team" if she'd let him.
Jessica and Cody fell in love on Season 19 of Big Brother in 2017 and then got engaged on February 13, 2018 shortly after winning the $1 million prize on The Amazing Race's 30th season.

Jessica and Cody got married in October 2018, just one month after announcing Jessica's first pregnancy.
The couple tied the knot in Malibu, CA, at The Chateau Le Dome at Saddlerock Ranch.
The day after their wedding, the Big Brother and The Amazing Race couple revealed they were expecting a baby girl.
Maverick arrived several weeks before her due date and was born on March 17, 2019.
Jessica did not debut her first baby bump until she was 22 weeks along with Maverick in order to avoid haters and trolls, but Jessica was much more confident and open with fans during her second pregnancy.

"FINALLY! As you guys know, Cody and I have been wanting to have all our kids pretty close in age so we were determined to get pregnant this year... Maverick is going to be a big sister!" Jessica wrote at the time.
"I'm not really sure if she fully understands that yet but no matter what, she's always going to be my baby."
The couple then unveiled the sex of Baby No. 2 on May 12, 2020 by posting a gender-reveal video to Jessica and Cody's YouTube channel.
Carter was subsequently born on October 5, 2020.
"I had no idea that one day I would be on [Big Brother], nor that it would change the course of my life forever. I met the love of my life, Jessica. I don't say that lightly," Cody wrote on Instagram that same month.
"Since the day we met, we've spent almost every waking and sleeping moment together. We are inseparable. We would go on to win the Amazing Race together as a team, and this would give us the money to buy our house, grow our businesses, get married, and start our family."
Cody added how he felt "blessed... beyond what I could've ever imagined."
In December 2020, Cody said he couldn't wait to get his wife pregnant again and was really looking forward to having a third baby.
"What are you most excited for in 2021?" a fan asked Cody when the reality TV star conducted a Q&A session on his Instagram Story at the time.
"Getting my wife pregnant again," Cody replied, before adding, "(I'll tag her @thejessicanickson so she can slap me later. Ha)."
In reply to Cody's post, Jessica wrote on her own Instagram Story, "If this happens, it'll be LATE 2021 lol!"

"Nickson Addition 08.2022 @babynickson," the couple captioned an Instagram video on their respective accounts showing footage of the couple, their two young girls, and sonogram images of their third baby together.
"A lot of you have already guessed it and it's nice to not have to hide it anymore. We prayed for you & now we can't wait to meet you."
The video was set to "You Are My Sunshine," and one sweet image featured Cody and Jessica embracing as they cradled her noticeable baby bump.

Jessica announced she was pregnant with her third girl in June 2022, and then Atlas was born on July 16, 2022.
