Bella Hadid has given fans a glimpse into her ongoing struggle with chronic Lyme disease.

The 19-year-old model posted a photo of herself hooked up to an IV on Snapchat, writing, "everyday." Hadid's mother, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Hadid, and brother, Anwar Hadid, are also diagnosed with the condition.

Hadid had discussed the impact of the disease in a November interview with ES Magazine.

The star said she turned her focus to modeling after her symptoms interfered with her dream to become an Olympic equestrienne.

"It affected my memory so I suddenly wouldn't remember how to drive to Santa Monica from Malibu where I lived," Hadid revealed. "I couldn't ride. I was just too sick. And I had to sell my horse because I couldn't take care of it."

"If I'd had the chance to succeed in riding, I might not have modeled," she admitted. "I didn't know that I was going to get sick."

Yolanda Hadid had revealed on "The Dr. Oz Show" in March that Hadid's symptoms included "severe pain in her spine." The disease also clouded her thinking, causing horseback riding to become dangerous.

"Bella wanted to be a professional horseback rider, and her dream was to go to the Olympics," the reality star said. "She's been on a horse every day of her life since she was two years old."

"She started making mistakes [while riding]," she revealed. "All of a sudden instead of [doing a jump in] a six stride, she was trying to do it in a four stride or a seven stride and big accidents started happening."

Hadid is known for her modeling work with Balmain, Chanel and Victoria's Secret Pink. She recently went nude for the September issue of Vogue Paris.
