Anna Nicole Smith return to debut with live show

The Associated Press reports that the second season of The Anna Nicole Show will premiere with a live episode, to air on E! Entertainment TV at 10 PM on March 2. The show will feature Anna Nicole Smith attending a bachelor conference, as she continues her search for love (or at least for more money).

Other episodes of the show will feature Anna Nicole taking acting lessons and undergoing hypnosis in an effort to understand herself better. Her poodle Sugar Pie, lawyer Howard and personal assistant Kim will also return.

The new episodes will attempt to reverse the dramatic drop in the ratings that the first season suffered after its record debut. From that viewpoint, it might have been better to give Anna Nicole the acting lessons before filming the second season. However, if the hypnotism works on Anna Nicole, maybe the producers can try it on the viewing audience next....
