Ryan Seacrest has a new girlfriend?

Seacrest, 40, and Cruz, 26, were spotted on a dinner date at Il Piccolino on May 10 in West Hollywood.
Multiple sources say Seacrest and Cruz have become an item after meeting at Seacrest's 40th birthday party in Napa, CA, four months ago. The couple reportedly got to know each other at the bash, which had major celebrities in attendance like Kim Kardashian and Paula Abdul.
After splitting from Dancing with the Stars judge Julianne Hough in March 2013 following two years of dating, Seacrest had been linked to model Dominique Piek in 2013, model Shayna Taylor in 2014 and then model Renee Hall as recently as March 2015.
Seacrest and Hall "had fun, it didn't last long," an insider told Us.
Cruz won Miss Teen USA in 2007 and has made appearances in a few made-for-TV movies.
