ABC's 'Extreme Makeover' to return for six episode run starting Thursday, April 3th at 9PM ET

Reuters reports that ABC announced at Wednesday's Television Critics Association press tour that ABC's surprise hit one-time "Extreme Makeover" special, which did so well in the ratings when it aired that it was re-aired the following week, will return for six episodes in the spring.

The series will air Thursdays at 9PM ET starting April 3, 2002, after ABC's upcoming new "Are You Hot?" reality show finishes it's run in the same timeslot.
