90 Day Diaries follows former 90 Day Fiance cast members navigating their lives after the show, providing viewers with an intimate view into their homes, plans and daily struggles.

Some of the footage will be self-shot, similar to how cast members filmed themselves for 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined.

90 Day Diaries chronicles not just successful 90 Day Fiance couples but also numerous 90 Day Fiance alums who didn't see their original 90 Day Fiance relationship work out. The cast members will attempt to begin new romances after the failure of their prior overseas relationships.

The season will feature more cast members in the coming weeks, but below is what happened on Episode 4 of 90 Day Diaries' third season.

ANGELA and MICHAEL

Angela and Michael met on social media and applied for a K-1 visa several years ago. They got denied at the time, and so their only option was to get married in Nigeria -- and so they did, much to Angela's dismay given she had hoped to wed in front of her own family.

"Being married to Michael is really no different from being his fiancee because we're still not together," Angela revealed. "We are still waiting on the spousal visa to come through, and being not together is not easy because you have more fights."

Angela said it was easy to just hang up the phone during an argument and being together in-person would help their relationship because a touch, hug or kiss can really change a situation or someone's bad attitude.

Angela reminded viewers how she underwent weight-loss surgery against Michael's wishes and she had lost a "life-changing" 106 pounds. She didn't want Michael to think, "Dang, I really am married to an old woman."

Angela had been having dental issues for a while, and so she was looking forward to getting teeth implants since her teeth were breaking and falling out.

Angela told her daughter Skyla that she wanted to get the procedure done in Beverly Hills, CA, where the dentists have "all of the highest technology and equipment."

"It's one of my main insecurities for a long time; I just hide it well," Angela told the cameras.

Angela then met with a young handsome doctor, whom she shared her health story with. Angela said she had two teeth knocked out when she was younger and then her teeth were starting to become loose with gum recession due to smoking cigarettes and going through menopause.

Angela was losing bone, which is crucial for implants, because she said she had not been taking care of her teeth, and so she worried she wouldn't be a candidate.

Angela was told she had periodontal disease and decay on her teeth, and the doctor gave her three options: Upper and lower dentures to clean daily, dentures that snap into dental implants, or screwed-in implants.

These procedures ranged from $6,000 to a whopping $60,000 depending on the option Angela would choose.

"My husband is going to kill me again," Angela joked, before telling the cameras that money was going to be an issue and she didn't want to upset Michael again.

Angela was determined to get at least the snap dentures, but the dentist told her that she could only have a mix of implants on the bottom and dentures on the top due to the condition of the bones in her mouth.

The dentist told Angela, however, that maybe she could receive implants on her upper mouth down the road once they cleared out all of her infection and she could heal properly with removable dentures.

MARTINE and STEVEN

Martine and Steven were shown going to Steven's first carnival in the United States. Steven said he was looking forward to a drunk night and fun time with his "boo."

The couple met three years prior and were in a long-distance relationship ever since then.

The last time viewers saw Martine and Steven, he was about to propose marriage to Martine, who came to Barbados with an "agenda" in which she wanted a ring, marriage and the whole package.

"She wanted a total commitment from me, which she didn't think she was getting. And as the trip progressed, Martine started to slip and slide the [other] way and it turned out she didn't want that," Steven shared.

Martine apparently came to the conclusion that she and Steven were rushing things and it wasn't the best time to get married, and so the pair agreed to wait and take their time.

Steven therefore traveled to America on a Tourist Visa, but he said he still wanted to be Martine's life partner and so they intended on exploring other options so he could eventually live in the U.S. permanently.

Martine was excited to celebrate Caribbean-island culture given the islands were all once enslaved. Martine said this carnival in Miami celebrates their emancipation, freedom and the things that are sacred for them, including their native language and food.

But before they could let loose and party, Steven set the following rules: no humping anyone, no being lifted off the ground, and no missing any parties.

Steven's goal was to network and become a deejay in Miami, so he planned to make some moves and meet people who could help him to establish a career.

Martine loved Steven but admitted that she was worried about losing her personal space once they lived together. She said she actually loved living alone and not worrying about a significant other.

"So you're saying you'd like me to get my own place? Is that what you're saying?" Steven asked.

"Well, babe, I would like to see you a couple times a week. But do I want to see you 24/7?" Martine confessed.

Steven told the cameras that he felt confused and wanted to postpone this conversation until after the carnival, where the women dressed in elaborate sexy costumes and bikinis.

Martine and Steven then danced the day away at the carnival, but Martine was still focused on her future and doing what's best for her instead of what's probably best for Steven.

Steven apparently disappeared at the end of the carnival and went missing for a lengthy period of time. Martine's phone apparently died and Steven had her car key.

Steven insisted that he was looking for Martine everywhere, and she snapped, "And you wonder why I had trust issues. You wonder why. I lost you for so long and you weren't even looking for me. But whatever."

The couple had a great time overall but apparently had some "mishaps."

Based on the weekend they had, Martine asked Steven if he truly thought they were ready to live together and co-exist.

"I don't see why it makes sense for me to leave Barbados, come to Miami, to live apart from you," Steven reasoned. "That doesn't make sense to me."

Martine admitted that she needed boundaries, and so Steven wasn't sure if Martine was ready to get serious with him. He wasn't sure if he wanted to move to Miami considering Martine planned to lead pretty separate lives.

"If she's having second thoughts about it, I may need to just rethink my total gameplan and my strategy," Steven said in a confessional, "and, you know, just move differently."

FERNANDA

Fernanda initially moved to the United States from Puerto Rico at age 19 to get married to her boyfriend of a year-and-a-half at the time, Jonathan Rivera.

Fernanda said she and Jonathan had a lot of struggles but she married him anyway.

"I thought that he was going to be the love of my life, my forever, but it didn't go that way," Fernanda said. "Jon and I were married for six months."

Fernanda recalled arguing with Jonathan about "the lies he said" to her. Fernanda said at one point, she needed space and some time off from their relationship, but Jonathan allegedly took that to mean she was leaving him.

"Next thing you know, he's already in a relationship with somebody else," Fernanda shared. "And somebody walks up to me, giving me a divorce notice."

After her divorce, Fernanda moved to Chicago, IL, to be with her family and then the COVID-19 pandemic put her life on hold.

After quarantine, Fernanda said she went on a few dates and met Robby, which also didn't work out. Fernanda then determined she was ready for something new and so she relocated to Miami, FL, where she is currently living now.

Fernanda shared how she wasn't looking for a serious relationship at all but then she ended up with a hot male roommate, Noel Mikaelian, a 31-year-old from Germany.

Fernanda said she and Noel started off as friends but then their great relationship took a romantic turn and they both agreed they should date.

At the time this episode filmed, Fernanda and Noel had been dating for about 10 months. They created a fitness course together based on Noel's passion of boxing.

"I feel confident in my relationship with Noel. Being jealous comes from insecurity, and my past partners have made me so insecure -- not only about my relationship but about myself. But being with Noel, it's a totally different story because he's the most honest and loyal person," Fernanda gushed.

Fernanda said she'd never doubt Noel's loyalty to her, and then she was shown cooking her man traditional Armenian food for the first time. She wanted Noel to know how much she valued and embraced his culture and how she viewed him as being very special.

Noel liked the meal and rated it a 9.5 on a scale from 1-10 because of all the love she had put into preparing the food. He said he appreciated her effort, and Fernanda noted how it was important to her that they were walking and working in the same direction.

"I don't know what the future holds for us, but I will try everything to make it work and succeed," Noel told his girlfriend.

Fernanda shared how she wanted to get married and have children, but she apparently doesn't want to raise her kids in Miami. Fernanda said she'd like to have a family in Mexico, and that idea didn't seem to scare Noel off at all.

Fernanda looked forward to traveling and exploring the world with Noel but always returning home together.

"Home is wherever we are," Fernanda sweetly told her beau. "I love you."

DAVID

David got engaged to Svetlana "Lana" in 2019, about seven years after he first met her online. The pair struck up a friendship on an international dating website, and he said she was pretty much exactly what he wanted in a woman and in a partner.

After five or six years together, David and Lana attempted to be boyfriend and girlfriend. David hoped they could eventually get married.

"I flew to Ukraine several times to try to meet Lana, and Lana didn't show up," David recalled. "So I was pretty much overwhelmed when I finally got to see her."

After spending three weeks with Lana, David surprised her with a marriage proposal that she accepted. Lana then thought David would do the things he had promised, such as teach her English and move her into an apartment.

David, however, had one condition: for Lana to stop talking to other men on the dating websites.

"And she didn't get off the websites, so I didn't offer any of those bonuses. And four months after our engagement, we just stopped communicating," David revealed.

David, now retired, then showed off an RV he had apparently rented. He wanted to explore living in a luxury motor home and exploring the country, having a different backyard every day. David invited his friend Jim to come along on one of his trips.

David and Jim headed towards the mountains to do some hiking and ended up in Red Rock Canyon. He wanted to stop at every national park in America.

After he and Lana stopped communicating, David returned to the international dating websites and apparently began talking to a woman named Olga, whom he had spoken to several years prior.

"I stopped communicating with her when Lana and I got serious," David shared.

David, however, couldn't reach Olga, and he said it was difficult to connect with her in Ukraine sometimes. He would've liked to show Jim that Olga is "the real deal," but he couldn't.

Jim told David that these women were probably chatting with at least half a dozen men, and David agreed, saying "nothing is real until you meet."

"You have to have multiple irons in the fire, and if this doesn't work out, it's like, 'Next!'" David shared with his friend. "Girls do this, but guys can do this too!"

Once David got sick of living in an RV, he pictured living at resorts and on cruise ships.

Two days later, David received a message from Olga asking why he hadn't called her. David said he called Olga as a result and the pair planned a trip for him to go out there and see her.

"If things don't work out, then I have plenty of others to see out there too," David noted.

REBECCA and ZIED

Rebecca and Zied met in April 2018 on social media. She had sent him a message and he responded.

Rebecca visited Zied in Tunisia and then he proposed marriage to her under the stars.

Rebecca said applying for a K-1 visa and getting approved amid the coronavirus pandemic was "an actual nightmare." But even with all the waiting, Rebecca and Zied were able to get the K-1 visa approved and have a small wedding ceremony.

"He's got his papers now, and hopefully, he'll start working soon," Rebecca shared.

Rebecca said one of Zied's friends had brought up how Zied could maybe get a job in carpet and flooring installation. Zied looked forward to learning more about that craft, and so Rebecca brought him to a store called Cherokee Flooring.

Zied did a little hands-on work at the store, and Zied said he really liked it as well as the idea of making money and helping Rebecca to pay the bills.

Zied received lessons from a certified flooring installer.

There was apparently a shortage of carpet installers and so the store offered Zied a scholarship to attend school followed by a job offer.

"I'm so excited for this! I am so happy for this!" Zied gushed.

Rebecca also said she couldn't wait to finally have a two-income household and it "felt like a dream."

Rebecca told Zied that she was very proud of him, but Zied's two-week school was going to take place in Kansas.

Zied had been hoping to visit Tunisia for a month to see his family, but Rebecca suggested that Zied should go to this school beginning in November, work for a couple of months, and then visit his mother in March on her birthday.

Zied explained how he really missed his parents and would prefer to travel to see them first, and Rebecca pointed out how she recognized their importance. However, Rebecca wanted Zied to prioritize his job and their life together in America at this time.

Rebecca got a little emotional over the idea of Zied leaving her for two months, and they just weren't on the same page about when Zied should return home to see his family.

Rebecca ultimately convinced Zied to focus on getting a job first.
