  • Colby Donaldson tentatively joins cast of 'All-Star Survivor'

    The Arizona Republic reports that Survivor: The Australian Outback finalist Colby Donaldson has tentatively accepted a spot in the upcoming All-Star Survivor (also known as Survivor 8) series, which will be filmed in November and December 2003 and aired in Spring 2004. Colby thus would become the third Outback contestant added to the show, along with his final-two ally Tina Wesson and his sometime galpal Jerri Manthey.

As previously discussed, this will be the long-rumored All-Star Survivor edition, with the confirmed participation of the first three Survivor winners -- RIchard Hatch, Tina Wesson and Ethan Zohn -- plus Susan Hawk and Rudy Boesch from Richard's "Tagi Alliance" in Pulau Tiga and the beautiful but treacherous Jerri Manthey from The Australian Outback.

    Wow, if there were any doubts about Corey Feldman's self-absorbed delusions before, this week's TV Guide Insider interview seems to have eliminated them. In an interview with TV Guide, Feldman says he's shocked at the bad press he's getting over his appearance on The WB's "The Surreal Life" series, claims that he's "not a publicity whore," and takes some shots at fellow housemate Jerri Manthey of "Survivor 2" fame.

  • S3's Kim Powers In Negotiations With Playboy

    TVGuide.com is reporting that it looks like 'Survivor: Africa' castoff Kim Powers will follow in vixen Jerri Manthey's footsteps as a Playboy cover girl.

    A rep for the men's mag confirms Powers is now "negotiating" to bare all for a pictorial layout.

    "Oh, I would definitely consider doing it," the petite (and currently unemployed) Pennsylvania marketing exec told TV Guide Online. "I don't think [my family] would be jumping for joy if I said, 'Guess what? I want to pose for Playboy!' But I think it's usually tasteful — not that I read it. Ultimately, it's my decision on whether or not I'd want to do something like that."
