Now that UPN secretly completed its controversial reality-documentary series Amish in the City, which will air beginning July 28, some details are finally reaching the public. This week, UPN announced personal details about the 11 young people (5 Amish, 6 not) chosen for the show and also screened the first episode during the Television Critics Association press tour.

What do you do if you're a fledging network with no new summer reality programming to broadcast? If you're UPN, then apparently you try and air rebroadcasts of the first season of America's Next Top Model, your breakout reality hit that set all-time network ratings records in its recently completed second season but wasn't nearly as popular with audiences during its initial 2003 season.

The May sweeps ratings period is here, and so for UPN, that means broadcasting an update special of the network's top-ranked show of the season -- last winter's America's Next Top Model 2 series. Titled America's Next Top Model: The Runway Ahead the one-hour special, airing Tuesday, May 11 at 9PM ET/PT and repeating Wednesday, May 12 at 9PM ET/PT, will provide viewers with an update as to what life is now like for series winner Yoanna House as well as the program's eleven other beautiful competitors.
