TLC to debut new 'Who Are You Wearing?' reality series on August 22

TLC has announced Who Are You Wearing?, a new reality competition series that will pit aspiring designers against one another for the opportunity to design and dress a celebrity for a red carpet event, will premiere Friday, August 22 at 10PM ET/PT.
