Jimmy Mince (June 20, 1978 - October 25, 2008) was a professional boxer.

Born in New Orleans, LA, Mince was known as "Marvelous", and was a contestant on reality TV show The Next Great Champ on Fox. He was eliminated from the show after being TKO'd by Otis Griffin.

Death

Mince died in October 2008. Jimmy Mince died from a drug overdose after battling addiction to opiates for many years. He was preceded in death by his brother Charles "Chuckie" Mince and then shortly after Jimmy's death, his brother Ronald "Ronnie" Mince died. It was mentioned on the reality show that Jimmy's brother Chuckie had died in the ring.
