Otis Griffin (born August 22, 1977 in Alabama) is a professional boxer.

He was a contestant on reality TV show The Next Great Champ on Fox. After winning several rounds of bouts, he was proclaimed the winner of the show and "The Next Great Champ" after beating David Pareja. He has fought on several major undercards and has been featured on ESPN. Although he isn't considered to be a serious prospect by the boxing public, he recently captured the NABO light heavyweight championship with a TKO win over unbeaten prospect Mike Nevitt. In July of 2007, Griffin lost via TKO to former WBC interim world champion Danny Green at Challenge Stadium in Perth, Australia. Green dropped Griffin three times before the bout was stopped.
