• Tonya Paoni second to be evicted from 'Big Brother 3' house

  After being nominated for eviction by Marcellas Reynolds, the second Head of Household, Tonya Paoni was evicted from the BIG BROTHER 3 house based on the votes of her fellow HouseGuests. Tonya received more votes than fellow nominee Josh Feinberg. Danielle Reyes won the Power of Veto and chose to leave the nominations as they stood.

  After being nominated for eviction by Lisa Donahue, the first Head of Household, Lori Olson was evicted from the BIG BROTHER 3 house based on the votes of her fellow HouseGuests. Lori received more votes than fellow nominee Amy Crews, who took Marcellas Reynold’s place on the chopping block after Gerry Lancaster vetoed Marcellas’s nomination for eviction.

  The Daily Advertiser is reporting that former 'Big Brother 2' contestant Krista Stegall has sued CBS over an incident in which another contestant held a knife to her throat last year.

• 'Big Brother 3' to feature "a few surprises"

  According to Zap2It.com, Big Brother executive producer Arnold Shapiro, who helped revamp the show last summer along with producer Allison Grodner, has some new tricks up his sleeve this time around. While retaining most of the features from last time, they "have thrown in just a few twists and turns, just a few new roadblocks in terms of our rules and format so that the people coming into the house who have worked out a perfect strategy -- and believe me, all of them think they have -- are in for a few surprises."

  A scary incident has rattled the usually crashingly boring Big Brother house to its foundations. According to Inside.com, on Tuesday night CBS removed Big Brother 2 contestant Justin from the abode after he menaced housemate Krista with a kitchen knife. The duo had apparently been drinking when the 26-year-old Bayonne, N.J., native asked her if she'd still love him "if I killed you" — then he held the blade to her throat as they kissed!

• Nick Starcevic the fourth houseguest evicted from CBS' 'Big Brother 8'
