Uppekha Jain Biography

Uppekha Jain is a Canadian actress, model, and TV anchor. She finished as the 1st runner-up at the Miss India Worldwide 2008. She is known for playing Monica in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya.

Career

Jain has a degree in Business Management from Wilfrid Laurier University. She won the Miss India Worldwide Canada and Miss India Worldwide 1st Princess titles in 2008. She has acted in various independent short films and television commercials. Currently, she is playing a supporting role in the long-running soap opera Saath Nibhaana Saathiya on Star Plus channel. In March 2015, Jain along with friend Pankhuri Awasthi uploaded a rapping music video onto YouTube to raise awareness of rape in India.
