The Delivery Man is an upcoming film starring Vince Vaughn. It is directed by Ken Scott and is scheduled to be released in October 2013. It is a remake of Starbuck, a 2011 film also directed by Scott.

Plot

David Wozniak learns that as a sperm donor with the alias "Starbuck," he has fathered over 530 children. When a large group of them petition the sperm bank to reveal his identity, David has to decide whether or not to come forward. Simultaneously, his own girlfriend is deciding whether he would make a suitable father.

Production

The film is a remake of the 2011 French-Canadian film Starbuck which was directed by Scott and closely resembles Hindi film Vicky Donor. During production, the film was known as Starbuck, but changed its name to The Delivery Man.

Filming

Filming of the movie began in October 2012 in the Hudson Valley of New York . Filming then moved to locations in Brooklyn, New York City and Manhattan.
