Nate Scott Thompson (born October 5, 1984) is an American professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League (NHL). He has also previously played in the NHL for the Boston Bruins, New York Islanders and Tampa Bay Lightning, the former of which drafted him in the sixth round, 183rd overall, at the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
