Monica Malpass (born April 28, 1961) is an American journalist and television anchor for WPVI Action News in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She co-anchors the WPVI 5 p.m. weekday newscast and hosts the station's political talk show, Inside Story.

Monica Malpass was born on April 28, 1961. She received a bachelor's degree in journalism in 1983 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She won a Rotary scholarship to the University of Puerto Rico in 1984.
