  • Choreographer Debbie Allen to team with NBC for new 'Fame' reality TV talent search show

Award-winning actor and choreographer Debbie Allen will be on hand as nationwide auditions search of the finest singers/dancers with real “star potential.”
  • 'Extreme Makeover' premiere rescheduled to Thursday, April 10th at 9PM ET

    ABC has announced that the first of seven new one-hour specials of "Extreme Makeover" has been rescheduled to premiere on Thursday, April 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. Each of the seven self-contained episodes will feature two people, first in their "before" phase, then as they undergo their various procedures, and finally, when the end results are revealed to their families. Following nationwide open casting calls and over 7000 applicants, the first two lucky individuals - Kine and Tammy - were chosen for the once-in-a-lifetime chance to participate in "Extreme Makeover."
  • Cameraman stabbed on Madonna husband's new reality TV show

    Reuters reports that a cameraman working on a new British reality TV show produced by pop superstar Madonna's husband, was stabbed while filming a stunt designed to trap would-be car thieves. The cameraman was working on a new series called "Swag," produced by Guy Ritchie which uses hidden cameras to film people being tempted into illegal acts, British broadcaster Channel Five said Monday.
  • 'The Osbournes' Season 2 premiere draws 6.6 million viewers

    Reuters reports that Tuesday's second season opener of MTV's hit reality series, which featured legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon at a White House dinner, drew an average of 6.6 million viewers, making it the most-watched cable TV program of the night, the network said on Wednesday. The episode, which also featured daughter Kelly singing the Madonna classic "Papa Don't Preach" at the June MTV Movie Awards, was hotly anticipated in part because the first season of the series had brought the family cult celebrity status.
