Flip or Flop Paradise is an upcoming television series airing on HGTV hosted by real estate agents David and Chenoa Rivera. It will be a spin-off of the HGTV series Flip or Flop. It will premiere in April 2018 and be held in Paradise, California.

Premise

On September 19, 2017, HGTV announced "Flip or Flop" will expand to Paradise, California. The shows will feature a new couple, David and Chenoa Rivera, flipping houses in Paradise. David and Chenoa Rivera will have the same roles as Tarek and Christina in this show.
