Bindhu Pamarthi is a pageant titleholder from Chapel Hill, North Carolina who competed in the Miss America pageant in September 2013.

Pamarthi was crowned Miss District of Columbia 2013 on Sunday, June 9, 2013, on the 60th anniversary of the Miss District of Columbia Pageant. Her talent was Bollywood Dance and her platform was "Tolerance Upside-down: Intolerance for Blind Consumerism.".

A native of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently attends law school full-time at Georgetown Law Center.
