Sarah Loverock is a Canadian singer from Gibsons, British Columbia and the 9th place finisher in the 2006 season of Canadian Idol. Loverock, a supervisor at a SuperValu grocery store , auditioned for the show in Vancouver. She made it to the Top 48 in the 2005 season before being cut.

Prior to her performances on Idol, she travelled to Nashville with a group of young singers for a performance at the Bluebird Cafe, a well-known venue for up-and-coming country music singers.

Loverock has been described by the show's judges as having the best power voice on the show, but lacking in personality. She was voted out on the week of July 24th.
