Created by Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie, who both also serve as the show's executive producers, the program features a panel of women as co-hosts. Along with Walters, the current panel includes Whoopi Goldberg, who serves as the moderator, Joy Behar, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, and Sherri Shepherd. International versions of the program are aired in several countries.
