Succession is an upcoming American television drama series about a fictional dysfunctional American global-media family. The show was created by Jesse Armstrong, with Will Ferrell and Adam McKay serving as executive producers. McKay also directed the pilot episode. It was picked up to series in February 2017. It will be broadcast by the premium cable network HBO in the United States. The first season will consist of ten episodes. No air date has been determined.
