Prosecutors file brief opposing Richard Hatch's bid for new trial

Was there a deal between CBS and original show winner Richard Hatch that could have kept the former Survivor contestant out of jail for evading taxes on income he received for winning the reality series' first season? If there was such a deal, federal prosecutors recently said Hatch and his lawyer had numerous opportunities to officially say so, but did not.

CBS formally announces 'Survivor: Fiji,' reveals new season twists

Although Survivor host Jeff Probst had already disclosed the location in several recent media interviews, CBS has formally announced that next season's just-filmed fourteenth installment of its Survivor franchise will take place in Fiji and be titled Survivor: Fiji.
'Survivor: Cook Islands' finale to feature Final 3, nine person jury

CBS has revealed that Survivor: Cook Islands will end with a nine person jury voting to award the show's $1,000,000 grand prize to one of the competition's Final 3 castaways, a configuration that will mark the first time that a Survivor finale won't feature a jury of seven deciding which Final 2 castaway will win the competition.
NBC reveals 'The Apprentice 6' contestants, new season twists

NBC has revealed the identities of the eighteen candidates who will be competing on the upcoming Los Angeles-based sixth edition of The Apprentice. However given the bikinis and newly-disclosed twists that the season will apparently feature, perhaps reality TV producer Mark Burnett should have called it Survivor: Los Angeles.
