Jennipher Bortolas Vargas is a beauty pageant titleholder. She was born in San cristobal Tachira state of Venezuela. Bortolas won the Miss Tchira 2008 title in a state pageant held in San Cristbal, Venezuela on June 10, 2008. She subsequently competed in the Miss Venezuela 2008 pageant on September 10, 2008 and was one of 10 contestants to reach the semifinals.

Bortolas competed in the Sambil Model / Miss Earth Venezuela 2009 pageant on June 12, 2009, in Margarita Island, Venezuela, when she won the title of Sambil Model San Cristbal.
