Road Rules: X-Treme is the 13th season of the MTV reality television series, Road Rules, which takes a group of young people and places them on a series of quests and challenges to compete for prizes. X-Treme took place in South America.

Memorable Moments
The cast bungee jumps over a live volcano.
Derrick and Patrick single out both Danny and Nick for being gay.
The cast poses nude in a storefront in Chile.
Danny freaks out several times after letting his team down. He was the first person voted off and the only cast member not to reach Argentina. Nick replaces him.
Danny being voted off started tension between him and Jodi which is more evident in Gauntlet II.
Kina is sent home by the luck of the draw. Angela replaces her.
Ibis volunteers to go home after she feels like she loses the mission for the team. Jillian replaces her.
Angela caused tension towards group performance. Jodi speculated that it was due to Angela's need for attention. When Jillian joins the cast, Angela acts out even more.
Patrick and Jillian hook up in the RV.
Ironically, Angela's "drama queen" attitude helped her performance positively during the Stunt School mission, which involved the cast into performing live action film stunts.
Jillian grew jealous when Mary Beth and Patrick were spending time together. During the face-off boxing match, she was matched with Mary Beth and knocked Mary Beth out.
Derrick's drinking problem became a recurring theme throughout the season, which is also shown in the Real World/Road Rules challenges he participates on.
The Extreme team took on a face off challenge against the Road Rules South Pacific team who were consisted of: Tina, Abe, Dave, Cara, Mary Beth, and Chris.
The cast found a puppy and named her "X", Patrick is the owner of the dog after the show ended.

This was the last season of Road Rules to air before the series went on a three-year hiatus.
