Miguel Espino

Miguel, 25, was introduced to the sweet science of boxing by a friend who played the sport. He earned a record of 9-1-1 and played on the Olympic team for 3 years. Miguel hopes to reach the ultimate goal of becoming the world champion through his skills of speed and condition.

Boxing is a way out for Miguel. He lives in a very low rent part of North Hollywood with his father, his sixteen-year-old sister and his mother who is legally blind. His dream is to one day present his parents with a set of keys to their very own home and hopes to help his sister attend law school one day.
