Julianne Hough made quite the statement this week. For the Monday night Dancing with the Stars performance show, she wore a black ensemble with a plunging V-neckline and black bodysuit.
A sheer black overlay covered the bodysuit, and the entire dress was covered in pale pink and pale blue embroidered flowers. She pulled half of her curly hair back into a pretty clip.
