    After being nominated for eviction by Dana Varela, the third Head of Household, David Lane was evicted last night from the "Big Brother 4" house based on the votes of his fellow HouseGuests. David received more votes than fellow nominee Jack Owens. Nathan Marlow won the Power of Veto and chose to remove Alison Irwin from the block which forced Dana to nominate David in her place.

Michele received more votes than fellow nominee Erika Landin. David Lane won the Power of Veto and chose to leave the nominations as they stood.
  • CBS announces identities of five remaining 'Big Brother 4' houseguests

    The identities of the five additional houseguests were revealed Tuesday night (July 8) during the series premiere of "Big Brother 4" on the CBS Television Network. As was previously announced last week, during the premiere episode, five of the people in the house were surprised by a twist in the reality show called the "X-Factor," in which their ex-boyfriends/ex-girlfriends joined them in the house as participating houseguests.

    This morning CBS revealed the identities of nine of the thirteen houseguests for "Big Brother 4" in anticipation of the reality series' premiere on Tuesday, July 8 at 8/9 PM, ET/PT. As was announced earlier this week, four of these people will have their exes joining them in the house as participating HouseGuests. None of the contestants knows about this "X Factor." The identities of the four remaining houseguests will be revealed in the premiere episode.
