ABC has announced that its casting for a new reality TV show called. 'Ultimate Makeover.' 'Ultimate Makeover' will give three lucky people the "Cinderella" experience of a lifetime. With the use of plastic surgery, as well as the skills of a dream team of hair, makeup and wardrobe people and personal trainers, "Ultimate Makeover" will transform this trio into the best they can physically be, while inevitably redirecting their destiny.
