Jennifer Lyon and Gregg Carey had a budding romance on Survivor: Palau.
The couple dated for a few months after the show wrapped filming, however, they ultimately decided to just be friends.
Jennifer was sadly diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in 2005 and passed away at age 37 in January 2010.
Since appearing on Survivor, Gregg got married to a woman named Flilz Emma Soyak, and they one child together -- a daughter named Suvi.
