Rebecca "Becca" Kufrin, a reported bachelorette on Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s upcoming season of The Bachelor, apparently has a legal history that includes underage drinking.

Rebecca, now 27, received a summons for "underage consumption" on January 17, 2009, RadarOnline reported, citing a copy of the complaint that was filed with Blue Earth County District Court in Minnesota.

Rebecca, who was 18 years old at the time of the incident, ultimately pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor, according to RadarOnline, and was order to pay at least $431 in fines.

Although ABC has not officially revealed The Bachelor's Season 22 bachelorettes yet, Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone has announced Rebecca will be competing for the pro racing driver's heart when the show premieres Monday, January 1, 2018 at 8PM ET/PT (while it won't air until next year, the season already wrapped filming last month).

Rebecca's past probably wasn't of concern to Arie, however, since he's had his own run-ins with the law.

On October 23, 2008, Arie was reportedly arrested for driving with a suspended license, following too closely, and unsafe lane change.

"The vehicle immediately changed lanes into the number one lane without signaling to the surrounding traffic," the reporting officer wrote in a report obtained from the Scottsdale Police Department, according to RadarOnline.

"The traffic in the number one lane had to brake in order to avoid colliding with the vehicle or other traffic because he didn't leave enough room between himself and the traffic in the number one lane before merging.

Upon being pulled over, the officer said he asked Arie if he had been aware of his license suspension.

"Luyendyk replied, 'Yes I did, but I took care of it,'" wrote the officer, adding that Arie then handed him court paperwork which stated the suspension had been satisfied from the city of Scottsdale.

However, Arie reportedly had yet to reinstate his license through the Motor Vehicle Department, so he was placed under arrest.

Arie later pleaded guilty to one count of driving with a suspended license.
