90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson has apparently had a big change of heart just two weeks after filing for divorce from her husband Jay Smith.

According to a Pennsylvania court, Ashley withdrew the paperwork she had filed on January 11 to divorce Jay, whose real name is Conroy Smith, and end their eight-month-long marriage on Tuesday, E! News reported.

Ashley, 32, has therefore decided to remain legally married to her 20-year-old husband from Jamaica despite weeks of split rumors.

A court clerk from Cumberland County, PA, also confirmed to Us Weekly that Ashley recently withdrew her divorce filing.

Ashley's January 11 divorce filing was first brought to light when blogger John Yates posted a copy of the first page of Ashley's court documents Wednesday on both Twitter and Instagram.

The copy of Ashley's divorce filing showed she had filed the papers in Cumberland County on January 11.

The fact Ashley changed her mind so suddenly has critics speculating the divorce filing was a publicity stunt. However, fans of the couple believe Ashley's recent health crisis may have resulted in a reconciliation for the estranged spouses.

Just two short days after Ashley filed for divorce earlier this month, she was hospitalized for kidney failure and lupus complications and remained in the hospital for almost a week.

Jay still visited Ashley in the hospital even though they appeared to have already separated just before Christmas 2018.

In an Instagram posting at the time, Jay acknowledged he would never desert his wife despite their ongoing issues.

"I may have hurt you. I may have not been a good husband. Jumping on a plane the second I found out you was in the hospital was something I didn't even think twice to do," Jay wrote in the post, which has since been deleted.

"We have our differences but as long as I have life I will never let you sit alone and suffer. I love you and nothing will ever change that. Thank you for having me here to support you."

Ashley and Jay's marriage -- which took place on May 16, 2018 -- fell apart when Ashley caught Jay flirting with women on Tinder only a few days after their Las Vegas wedding. (Jay later accused Ashley of "talking aka cheating" with other people as well during their relationship).

Ashley took her time to decide whether she wanted to forgive Jay and give him a second chance or end their relationship and potentially send him back to Jamaica.

During the sixth-season Tell All special of 90 Day Fiance, Ashley explained of her damaged relationship, "When someone cheats on you, you don't automatically fall out of love with them," adding, "I really did—do love him, but maybe he really did just want a green card."
