Fox announced Underwood will perform "Wasted," which is currently No. 67 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in its fourth week.  "Wasted" is the first track from her debut album "Some Hearts," which has already sold more than 5 million copies since it was released in November 2005.  It also contains four No. 1 singles and is the best selling debut effort from any Idol alumnus.

The 23-year-old Underwood has won numerous awards since winning American Idol's fourth season in the May 2005.  Last April her "Jesus Take the Wheel" video captured two Country Television Music Awards -- one for breakthrough video and another for female video.  The following month, Underwood won two Academy of Country Music Awards -- top new female vocalist and single of the year for "Jesus Take the Wheel."

In November, Underwood won both the Horizon Award for new country artists and the top female vocalist award at the Country Music Association Awards.  Later that month, she also received the American Music Awards' breakthrough artist of the year award.  In December, she took home five 2006 Billboard Music Awards for album of the year, Top 200 female artist of the year, female country artist, new country artist, and country album of the year.  She was then named favorite female singer at January's People Choice Awards.
