90 Day: The Last Resort featured Paola Mayfield dropping a bombshell that she had kissed another person while married to Russ Mayfield.

During 90 Day: The Last Resort's Season 3 episode that aired Monday night on TLC, Paola and Russ were given a scene to play out during a group sex-therapy session with the rest of the cast.

Russ, acting like a cowboy, tied Paola up for "dancing at the saloon with another man."
Russ told his wife, "I don't care if he was gay or straight; you will not dance with another man."

Paola therefore asked if she was allowed to dance with another woman.
"You're only dancing with me," Russ reiterated.
Paola thought the exercise was "hot" and she said it was "sexy" to see Russ in this role, being "masculine" and "taking control."
The therapist acknowledged Paola's joke about dancing with a woman and asked, "Have you ever been in that scenario that I gave you?"
Paola replied, "I have kissed another woman."

"What?!" Russ asked.
Russ seemed shocked and questioned, "What are you saying? When?"
Paola admitted she had kissed a woman seven years ago, after the pair had gotten married.
"But it meant nothing. It was just a kiss with a girl," Paola noted.
Russ vented about how this situation was "so f-cking messed up."

Paola recalled being drunk at the time, but it didn't seem to provide Russ with any relief or comfort.
Paola said she didn't know why she had done it, and she asked the women in the cast to back her up.

The therapist explained how women sometimes kiss each other just to be fun and playful, but Russ wasn't having it. Russ apparently viewed this as an intimate betrayal.
Paola then told the cameras how she had kissed this woman at Russ' birthday party seven years ago.

"He got drunk and fell asleep -- and whatever," Paola shared.
"But you know what? I didn't see it as cheating, to be honest, because it was just a kiss, like when people say, 'Hey, kiss your friend!' So I hope Russ doesn't make a big deal out of this."
Since sex therapy had been going well, Paola asked Russ not to ruin the moment, reiterating how the kiss meant nothing.
"I'm with you -- 12 years, right?" Paola reminded Russ of their long-term relationship.
After the therapy session, Russ complained about how Paola had been keeping this secret from him for so long.
"If this was me in her shoes, it would be, 'Infidelity. I'm done. You cheated. Get out of here,'" Russ complained in a confessional.
"She has broken my trust, so I can forgive what has happened, but now, can I continue to trust her? Is she hiding anything else? That's what I need to know."
While Russ and Paola left sex therapy in a worse position, it truly helped Kara Bass and Guillermo Rojer's marriage.
The episode ended with Kara straddling Guillermo on a bench in her room and the pair making out.
