'90 Day: The Last Resort': Russ finally pleasures Paola, Rebecca suspects Zied's cheating, Patrick stands up to John

90 Day: The Last Resort featured Russ finally satisfying Paola in the bedroom, Rebecca receiving startling news from a medium, Patrick defending Thais, and Sarper demanding change from Shekinah during the Season 3 episode that aired Monday night on TLC.


The new season of 90 Day: The Last Resort stars Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh, Shekinah Garner and Sarper Guven, Kara Bass and Guillermo Rojer Castillo, Paola Mayfield and Russ Mayfield, Thais Ramone and Patrick Mendes, and Rebecca Parrott and Zied Hakimi.

The six couples all reached a relationship breaking point and agreed to spend three weeks in the English countryside at the historic Thornbury Castle just outside of Bristol, England, undergoing a rigorous relationship boot camp designed to rebuild trust, communication and connections.

At the resort, the couples will be shown working with therapists and counselors to navigate issues of jealousy, anger and intimacy through group therapy, one-on-one sessions, intensive therapies and non-traditional exercises.


"With suspicions of infidelity and cheating, communication breakdowns, sexual incompatibilities, and financial strains, the couples are ready for a last-ditch effort to navigate [their] issues," TLC teased.

At the end of the retreat, each couple must decide if they want to renew their vows or call it quits on their relationship at the Final Commitment Ceremony.

Below is what happened on Episode 12 of 90 Day: The Last Resort's third season.

PATRICK and THAIS

Patrick explained during a therapy session how John was his "older brother by age, but not by life."

Patrick argued that he was "more mature" than John and happened to be "good" in life.


"If your support of me looks like you screaming at my wife, I would much rather not have any of your support at all!" Patrick told his brother.

Thais, meanwhile, vented about how John brought so much drama to her relationship and was "ruining everything."

Thais said she wasn't going to sit in a therapy session and just get yelled at by John, who was allegedly "making things up" about her.

John shouted at Patrick in therapy, "She could literally f-ck someone else and you'd just sit there and be quiet."

Patrick accused John of speculating about his relationship, but John insisted he had watched Patrick in action.

In response, Patrick pointed out how the men hadn't lived under the same roof in four years.

John said he didn't fly to England to fight with his brother but he felt the need to be honest about his feelings and make Thais answer his questions.

Once Patrick and John took a break from therapy, Patrick and Thais appeared to be on the same page about how John was toxic for their marriage.

"It's sad because family is very important to Patrick and I know it's going to affect him a lot," Thais lamented in a confessional.


John later apologized to Patrick for yelling at Thais and making him upset.

Patrick acknowledged John had crossed a line with him but he still wanted to make things right for his family.

But the next time John and Thais spent time together, Thais didn't know much of a change, and she noted how it didn't seem like he had learned anything in therapy.

John therefore told Thais that he'd work on "saying hello" and being more cordial to her, which she appreciated hearing.

"I don't feel respect," Thais told John.


Patrick reminded Thais that she was part of his family now and so he needed to treat her as such.

"I apologize for yelling at you, and all I can say is that it won't happen again," John told Thais, before telling the cameras that he just wanted his younger brother to be happy.

John explained to Thais how he was just a loud, passionate person but all of his concerns came from love, and then he and Thais were able to hug it out.

REBECCA and ZIED

Rebecca said she and Zied weren't in a good place and so she needed to take some time away from him.

Rebecca decided to book an appointment with a medium because she said supernatural things were happening in the castle. For instance, Rebecca claimed a door locked that could only be manually locked with a key.

"I'm really convinced the spirits are cursing everyone's marriage," Rebecca told the cameras.


The other cast members joined Rebecca for the medium appointment, and some of them noted how they had also heard strange noises and experienced creepy things in the castle.

Jenny, for example, told the group that her shower turned on by itself.

The medium claimed there were spirits in the castle who had yet to cross over and so they were "bored."

Rebecca asked the medium if Zied had cheated on her, and the medium admitted she was going to be "harsh" before claiming that Zied wasn't telling the truth and may have been living "two different lives."

The medium claimed Zied had an online presence that Rebecca was not aware of.

"This is just a psychic, and it's just a feeling that she's getting, so I don't know how I feel about it," Rebecca told the cameras.

RUSS and PAOLA

Russ said things had "calmed down" with Paola after a therapy session, which was a relief for them both.

Russ had promised to make changes in his life for his wife, and it prompted her to reply, "That's good. I love you."

When Paola and Russ spoke to the medium, the medium called out Paola for having "anger and resentment" towards her father, which supposedly affected how she saw herself and needed validation from others.

"Because you don't feel good enough, you are constantly testing [your partner]," the medium said.

Paola said the medium was absolutely correct, as her father had "abandoned" her and her mother, both physically and emotionally, 25 years ago.


Russ and Paola later revealed that they had a great night together because Russ tried to do everything to please his wife.

Russ revealed that he "went down" on his wife, and Paola gushed about how she "finished" and it was great.

KARA and GUILLERMO

Guillermo said his date with Kara didn't go well and the progress they had made was "all out the window" at this point.

Guillermo clarified that sex wasn't a problem in his relationship with Kara and he used to enjoy being "kinky" with her.

SARPER and SHEKINAH

Shekinah said Sarper had left their hotel room and left her alone for about six hours.

Shekinah asked Sarper where he was, and he said he was just hanging out with people.


"You're off making memories with people who hate me instead of being here with me!" Shekinah complained, adding how Sarper wasn't giving her enough time or trying to connect with her.

Sarper asked Shekinah to join him for a sex therapy session because he was tired of fighting.

Shekinah agreed to go to therapy with him, but she said she felt like she wasn't being heard.

Sarper told Shekinah that she was behaving in an "aggressive" manner and had to let her walls down because she wasn't as strong as she thought she was.

Shekinah explained how she just wanted to be treated with love and respect, but Sarper called her "mission impossible."

"Please change yourself, Shekinah, or you will lose me," Sarper admitted.


Shekinah called Sarper "an assh-le," and then Sarper suddenly changed his mind about attending sex therapy.

Shekinah told the cameras that she felt "instability" in her relationship with Sarper, who called Shekinah "unpredictable."

In order to protect Shekinah, Sarper decided to cancel the sex therapy so that Shekinah wouldn't have to deal with their co-stars.
