Following more than two decades of wear and tears, the mansion is probably in desperate need of some updates, repairs and modern decor.
HGTV therefore has plans to renovate the iconic Bachelor mansion in Agoura Hills, CA, where nearly 40 seasons of The Bachelor franchise has filmed.

On Renovating the Bachelor Mansion, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette alums "who possess expert reno skills," according to the network, will "return to the house to duke it out in various design challenges with the hope of winning a cash prize."
Renovating the Bachelor Mansion will premiere in 2026 on HGTV and HBO Max.
The announcement was made at Warner Bros. Discovery's upfront presentation on Wednesday.
An official premiere date and cast announcement for the new series will be announced at a later date.

While ABC has chosen to skip The Bachelorette this year, viewers are anticipating the tenth season of Bachelor in Paradise, which is filming in Costa Rica and will premiere July 7 on ABC.
