Simon Cowell's soon-to-be baby mama Lauren Silverman has reportedly settled her divorce with Andrew Silverman.

The Silvermans have agreed to joint custody of their seven-year-old son and Lauren is getting a little over $2 million from Wednesday's settlement, sources told TMZ. Lauren, 36, will also reportedly reside in New York City to be close to her son.
The divorce settlement is an "amicable" one, according to People.
During the divorce proceedings, a source told People that Simon took off on a little vacation and was "happy" about his time away.
Lauren is allegedly pregnant with Simon's child as a result of an "adulterous affair" that ended her marriage to her "estranged" husband, who was The X Factor creator and judge's former close friend.

Andrew filed for divorce from Lauren on July 15, citing adultery and naming Simon a co-respondent.
According to Us Weekly, Lauren has claimed she had an unhappy relationship with Andrew and was estranged from him before her fling with Simon, 53, began. A recent New York Daily News report also stated Simon was blindsided and "tricked" by the pregnancy, as he only found out Lauren is expecting on July 10.
However, sources told TMZ that Simon and Lauren are still "very much together" although a People insider claimed earlier this week the couple "has been in contact" but Simon "won't see Lauren in person until things calm down."
