Married at First Sight's tenth season just aired its "Decision Day" episode on Wednesday night, and two couples decided to stay married: Katie and Derek as well as Jessica Studer and Austin Hurd.

Three couples, however, opted to divorce this season: Michael Watson and Meka Jones, Taylor Dunklin and Brandon Reid, and Mindy Shiben and Zach Justice.

A preview promo broadcast by Lifetime later Wednesday night teases "toxic accusations," "scandalous behavior" and "shocking revelations" during the reunion special, which was filmed five months after "Decision Day" took place.

And Derek kicked things off with a jaw-dropping allegation.

"Katie confesses to me how she had an affair," Derek reveals in the preview.

However, a clip is then shown of Katie insisting, "That's not true."

On Married at First Sight, Katie admitted she was struggling to develop an emotional connection with Derek and she worried they just had a friendship.

Katie also often accused Derek of not making moves or initiating physical intimacy, which was a big problem for the couple since Katie said she likes when a man takes control in the bedroom.

Other accusations in the teaser video include Mindy saying Zach did Married at First Sight for publicity.

"It's kind of been for publicity for him," she says.

Zach seemed disinterested in his wife right after their wedding day, and he told Mindy multiple times during their honeymoon he wasn't attracted to her and they lacked chemistry.

Zach therefore didn't put much effort into his marriage, and he even refused to move in with Mindy during the experiment.

At one point in the clip, the Married at First Sight reunion host Kevin Frazier also asks Taylor, "You were arrested?"

Afterward, Kevin announces, "Two people on this stage from different marriages went on a date," after which Michael is shown walking off the set and heading backstage.

"That's not what I expected at all," Michael vents backstage.

The reunion will provide all the answers fans have been waiting for, including whether the two successful marriages from Season 10 have lasted post-filming.

Married at First Sight's reunion special is set to air on Wednesday, April 22 at 8PM ET/PT on Lifetime.
