Married at First Sight alum Jamie Otis has scolded and blasted Zach Justice for his low blow of emotionally cheating on Mindy Shiben by secretly talking to his wife's close friend Lindsay.

On Married at First Sight's tenth season, Zach, only when pressed by Mindy, admitted to his wife he had been having conversations both via text and on the phone with Lindsay, which really concerned Mindy since neither her husband or supposed best friend had informed her of this blossoming friendship behind her back.

"I don't know how Mindy could handle any more at this point," Jamie pointed out to Zach on the March 18 broadcast of Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, for which she serves as the host.

"That's fair," Zach admitted.

Zach told a disappointed and frustrated Mindy in a recent Season 10 episode it had been a few days since he last spoke to Lindsay, but Lindsay assured Mindy on the phone Zach had just texted her that morning and their conversations weren't always about Mindy or marriage.

Coincidentally, Zach and Lindsay both claimed to have deleted their text-message chains, resulting in Mindy believing one or both of them was lying to her.

"That is the lowest blow!" Jamie yelled on Unfiltered about Zach and Lindsay's connection.

"I mean, you may as well have just went ahead and slept with someone. Because it's like emotional cheating!"

Zach made a face and waved Jamie off, suggesting she was exaggerating, but Jamie stuck to her guns.

"Oh 100 percent," Jamie noted.

"That's emotional cheating?" Zach asked.

"Oh, 100 percent!" Jamie repeated with even more enthusiasm and conviction.

"Interesting," Zach quietly said with a smile, seemingly untouched by Jamie's opinion.

"You are reaching out to her best friend!" Jamie shouted. "Oh my God, it's boiling my blood!"

Jamie, who is expecting her second child with her Married at First Sight Season 1 husband Doug Hehner, then attempted to calm herself down.

"I mean, I've just got to take a breather here, it's my pregnancy hormones," Jamie noted on Unfiltered.

But she obviously wasn't able to fully relax.

"It's so hurtful!" Jamie continued, confronting Zach directly. "Do you see that though?!"

Zach replied, "100 percent," adding, "I don't disregard that at all."

"I feel like there's just something that's not being said and we'll probably never know," Jamie concluded.

After Zach winked at Jamie, she said, "Look at you, I saw that wink! Look, I'm not going to keep going."

Zach insisted earlier in the Unfiltered broadcast he had nothing to hide but never mentioned his talks with Lindsay to Mindy in order to avoid more conflict in his marriage.

Zach said he had just confided in Lindsay and was seeking her advice on how to deal with Mindy and move forward in his marriage since things didn't go well during their honeymoon in Panama.

However, Zach claimed he deleted his text messages with Lindsay because she had said some unflattering and negative things about Mindy when giving him genuine insight into his wife.

Zach also alleged he was initially "incredibly naive" in thinking Lindsay had no motive other than to help out her friend when she had first reached out to him on Instagram.

But when Mindy confronted Lindsay on the phone after Zach came clean on a recent episode of Married at First Sight, Lindsay accused Zach of manipulating things.

"So I said, 'I'm not going to talk to you again until filming is over,' like, 'We're done,'" Lindsay recalled to Mindy.

Mindy found it strange Lindsay apparently intended to resume talking to Zach once filming ended, but Lindsay promised Mindy that she would block his number.

"I should [block him]. You're 100 percent right. I can do that right when I get off the phone with you. I have no interest in ever talking to him again. I think he's a liar and a sociopath," Lindsay told Mindy.

In the latest episode of Married at First Sight that aired on Wednesday night, Zach insisted to Pastor Cal he was being faithful to Mindy and wanted to try to make his marriage work.

Zach and Mindy therefore chose to stay together on "Recommitment Day," despite Pastor Cal's concerns Zach was on the show for the cameras and to build his fitness or modeling career.

Although Zach promised to put more effort into his relationship, the episode ended with him refusing to sleep in the same bedroom as Mindy, leaving her feeling rejected and alone, once again.

In addition to Mindy and Zach, Married at First Sight also stars Taylor Dunklin and Brandon Reid, Katie Conrad and Derek Sherman, Meka Jones and Michael Watson, and Jessica Studer and Austin Hurd.
