Kanye West is apparently ending his recent feud with Jimmy Kimmel.

ABC has announced the rapper will appear on Wednesday night's broadcast of Jimmy Kimmel Live, which airs at 11:35PM ET/PT.

West and Kimmel will most likely smooth things over after West had launched a profanity-filled tirade on Twitter late last month, lashing out at the talk show host for airing a spoof of his recent egocentric interview with BBC Radio 1 in Britain on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.

In his interview with BBC Radio 1, West referred to himself as "the No. 1 rock star on the planet" and put himself on the same level as the iconic Michael Jackson. Kimmel played up West's arrogant remarks by having a child read a transcript of what West had said in a music studio while humorously sipping on a milkshake in between his long-winded speeches.

West had subsequently called Kimmel and demanded the host apologize on-air for disrespecting him, but Kimmel refused -- resulting in West launching his Twitter tirade and Kimmel opting to poke fun at the rapper's offensive tweets on his show.

"JIMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS," West tweeted late last month.

"JIMMY KIMMEL, I DON'T TAKE IT AS A JOKE.... PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES -- OH NO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TOO MUCH GOOD PUSSY IN YOUR LIFE."

In response to that tweet, Kimmel took an apparent shot at West's girlfriend Kim Kardashian, who has an infamous sex tape.

"I've seen the video. I know," Kimmel joked with his audience.

"YOU CAN'T PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES. YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY -- IS THAT FUNNY? -- OR IF I HAD A KID SAY IT WOULD IT BE FUNNY???" added West.

"SHOULD I DO A SPOOF ABOUT YOUR FACE OR YOU FUCKING BEN AFFLECK? #NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK #ALLDISRESPECTTOJIMMYKIMMEL!!!!... YOU MANIPULATIVE MEDIA MUTHERFUCKER. SARAH SILVERMAN IS A THOUSAND TIMES FUNNIER THAN YOU AND THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS IT!!!"

"I don't understand it. I don't know why he's angry," Kimmel announced on his show. "The bit was pretty innocuous, but I mean, finally I'm in a rap feud! I always wanted to be in a rap feud. Right now we're at DefKanye Five. Thanks Kanye, appreciate it!"

West continued to release steam the following day, as he took to Twitter again to post some additional tweets slamming Kimmel.
