VH1's upcoming Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels may be the last stop for the former Poison frontman's reality dating show.

Although he wouldn't reveal whether he finally found lasting love on Rock of Love's third installment, Michaels told the New York Daily News that he is "pretty sure" that Rock of Love Bus -- which was filmed this fall and premieres on January 4 at 9PM ET/PT -- will be his last edition of the reality dating show.

"I can never say never, but I'm pretty sure that this kind of show is it for me," Michaels told the Daily News.

However, while additional reality dating shows are probably not a part of his future, that doesn't mean Michaels is ready to swear off reality TV entirely.  Instead, he says that he's now interested in doing a docu-reality series that would follow him throughout his everyday life.

"I'd like to do a hybrid of it where you come into my real life a little more, like a mixture of Rock of Love and Gene Simmons Family Jewels," Michaels said. "I think the ups and downs and sideways of my life would be really interesting for people to see."

While contemplating changing the show's format, Michaels said he was still pleased with Rock of Love's third edition, which takes place entirely on the road as separate groups of blonde and brunette girls follow Michaels' tour bus in two buses and take part in challenges based on Michaels' road experiences.

"Immediately, the entertainment value and the nuttiness was on level 10," Michaels told the Daily News about Rock of Love Bus. "I didn't want my life, or the show, to become predictable, because what is great about dating and makes a dating reality show fun is the unpredictability of it all. This kept me on my toes."

Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels was picked up by VH1 in July after Michaels split with Ambre Lake, the winner of Rock of Love with Bret Michaels' second season.

Rock of Love's first season ended with Michaels choosing Jes Rickleff, however once she returned home to Chicago Rickleff reportedly called Michaels and told she was ending their relationship because she had fallen in love with a clothing designer.
