Arie Luyendyk Jr. is getting slammed, once again, by his former close friend and fellow The Bachelorette contestant, Jef Holm.

Shortly after Arie was named the new The Bachelor star in September 2017, Jef -- who competed against Arie for Emily Maynard's heart on The Bachelorette's eighth season, and won -- said he stopped being friends with Arie years ago because "he's disgusting."

Jef subsequently tweeted, "Oh the stories I could tell..." and said he'd rather see a "double Bachelor" on the franchise instead of just Arie.

Well, Jef is back at it again.

On Monday night, when The Bachelor's 22nd season premiered, Jef took to Twitter and wrote, "Doesn't matter who gets out of the limo...I'll give 5k to the charity of @chrisbharrison's choice if @ariejr lasts 1 year with anyone."

"That's a safe bet," replied William Holman, who had competed on Ashley Hebert's season of The Bachelorette in 2011.

William also posted a GIF of Steve Carell cracking up with his comment.

Jef obviously believes Arie and his The Bachelor winner -- or fiancee -- won't make it much longer than he did with Emily. After Emily's The Bachelorette finale aired in July 2012, she and Jef announced their split less than three months later.

Comments poured in under Jef's post from his followers. While many fans were drooling over the drama and asked to know more, others criticized Jef for being jealous, bitter or immature.

Arie finished Emily's season of The Bachelorette as the runner-up, but he and Jef maintained a solid friendship during and post-filming.

Arie, however, revealed during a conference call with reporters before The Bachelor premiered on January 1 that the last time he saw Jef was at Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici's January 2014 wedding.

When asked why his friendship with Jef fizzled, Arie explained, "I think when you're on the show with somebody, you really get to know them in that environment."

He added, "And so, outside of the show, we just realized we weren't really that great of friends. We haven't spoken since Sean's wedding, so, I think that was four years ago. And so, yeah, we just realized that we probably weren't good friends since then."
