While customizing motorcycles at Orange County Choppers' will certainly be included in various episodes throughout American Chopper's fifth edition, its premiere will touch upon a personal moment for the Teutul family with footage of Paul Sr.'s July 2007 wedding to Beth Dillon at the couple's Montgomery, NY estate.

Additional fifth-season highlights include Orange County Choppers paying tribute to the troops with a custom-made motorcycle -- the "Patriot Bike" -- for the Army National Guard; apprentice Jason Pohl attempting to advance his training while trying to obey shop rules; the arduous task of designing a street bike/motocross hybrid for an outdoor lifestyle company; unveiling a specialty bike in Brazil; and Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. teaming up to create custom bikes for Craftsman Tools and DieHard Batteries.

American Chopper's fifth season will also follow Orange County Choppers as it prepares to move into a new 100,000 square-foot world headquarters in Newburgh, NY, which will allow portions of the show to be filmed behind a one-way mirror so customers visiting can watch the Teutuls hard at work.

Teutul Sr. also opened a new 11,500 square-foot Orange County Choppers retail store -- the groundbreaking of which was included in a fourth-season episode -- in West Nyack, NY last August.
