America's Next Top Model: College Edition eliminated Brittany Brown during The CW's broadcast of the nineteenth season's eighth episode Friday night.

Brittany, a 5' 10" 18-year-old student from Gilbert, AZ attending Chandler-Gilbert Community College, was ousted from the competition after she found herself in the bottom two based upon her total combined scores from the challenge, Top Model's three judges and home viewers' fan vote.

"Who you are and what you believe in is a great thing and it actually works for your modeling, but you can't forget it, because the minute that goes away in the photo, you lose your power. You lose your magic," Top Model creator and judge Tyra Banks told Brittany after announcing the results.

"Now, you've been eliminated, but it's still not over. You're still in the running to possibly come back. And guess what Brittany? This is the moment of truth. Right now, we are going to find out which of the eliminated girls had the highest social media scores average based on all the photo shoots, and you will be included in that."

Brittany was then told she must join her fellow previously-eliminated girls in the back of the room and wait for the revelation of whom had earned a spot back in the original Top Model competition.

"I'm really surprised. This was my dream. A wise man once said, 'Either you see opportunities or stop signs,' and I don't have time for stop signs. That was a quote by Walt Disney, by the way. All I want to do now is just be the last girl standing. Maybe I'll still get the second chance," Brittany explained in tears.

The social media scores Brittany had received from every prior photo shoot would be added up and count as her total score, while the other previously-eliminated girls had participated in and were graded on the same photo shoots all along -- just within a separate competition from the models still actually in the running to be crowned America's Next Top Model.

After Tyra welcomed every girl -- Darian Ellis, Yvonne Powless, Jessie Rabideau, Leila Goldkuhl, Destiny Strudwick, and Allyssa Vuelma -- and then Brittany joined them, the episode ended in a cliffhanger with Tyra about to announce the girl who would get to rejoin the competition.

Brittany landed in the bottom two alongside Victoria Henley, a 5' 9 1/2" 18-year-old student from Colquitt, GA attending Liberty University after the season's eighth official photo shoot, which required the models to pose in "fashion mugshots" as "50's retro bad girls" for photographer Mark "The Cobra Snake" Hunter, according to Top Model creative consultant Johnny Wujek.

During the episode's challenge, the girls had to make it to five go-sees in five hours for designers Guess, Whitney Port, Cecilia Cassini, I <3 Ronson, and LuLu Guinness. Each designer could only book one girl, but each girl could book more than one designer. Each designer gave every model a score from 1-10 based upon their performance and modeling potential, and the average of those five scores determined each girl's challenge score for the week.

In the end, Kiara Belen, Kristin Kagay and Nastasia Scott each booked one job. Laura James, a 6' 0" 21-year-old student from Cambridge, NY attending Paul Smith's College, won the challenge after she booked two jobs.

In addition to receiving two real-paying jobs from designers Guess and Whitney Port, for winning the challenge, Laura also earned $10,000 in her bank worth of scholarship money -- an amount which could only be claimed if she was to actually win America's Next Top Model: College Edition. Her victory marked Laura's third challenge win in a row, making her earnings $30,000 total.

America's Next Top Model: College Edition's judges gave Brittany a total of 18 points for the photo shoot. She received six points from Kelly Cutrone, five points from Rob Evans and seven points from Tyra. Brittany also earned 6.7 points for the challenge in addition to 5.644 points from the fans, making her overall score 30.3.

Victoria earned a total of 21 points from the judges after Kelly gave her six points, Tyra gave her eight points and Rob gave her seven. Added to her score of 7.3 from the challenge and 4.326 from the fan vote, Victoria was revealed to be safe thanks to her overall score of 32.6.

Laura received the first call-out in Tyra's line of best to the worst scores of the week. She had an overall score of 41, which included a set of nines from the judges.

Following Laura, Tyra then revealed the photos of Kristin, Kiara and Nastasia -- leaving Victoria and Brittany in the bottom two.
