"This season serves up an explosion of emotion with all the highs and lows of dating across the globe, as marriage proposals dangle in the distance," the network teased.

In most 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days cases, a pair of lovebirds are hoping to get engaged and begin the K-1 Visa process.

After traveling across the world, the couples will determine if love can conquer all as they experience challenges such as language barriers, interfering families, cultural differences, age gaps, ex partners, and baggage from the past.

Below is what happened on Episode 12 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' sixth season.

RILEY and VIOLET

Riley said he had unblocked Violet's phone number and asked her to meet him after their explosive fight in Vietnam, which happened after Violet FaceTimed with Riley's friend Tiffanie, who had put Violet on the spot and asked her personal questions.

Riley told the cameras that he still loved Violet, and so he was apparently going to try to fix things. Riley even brought flowers to their reunion.

Riley and Violet hadn't spoken in two days, and Riley acknowledged he could've handled things better and differently.

"Although things haven't been perfect, I really want to make things work with Violet. As much as we butt heads, I feel that we are compatible. We make each other laugh, and I really, really care for her deeply. I don't know if Violet is willing to give this another chance or not," Riley explained in a confessional.

Violet was depending on Riley to fix things, and she told the cameras this was going to be his last chance.

Violet told Riley that what he had done was "terrible," and he apologized for his actions.

"I embarrassed myself and you," Riley admitted, adding how Tiffanie's questions were inappropriate and he understood that now.

Riley pointed out how he and Violet have different cultures and so he didn't go about Tiffanie's conversation the right way.

"I'm so disappointed with you -- too much," Violet lamented.

Riley confessed that he should have protected Violet, and he failed to do that.

Violet chose to accept Riley's apology, but she didn't think his sincerity was enough.

Riley asked Violet if everything was his fault, and she said, "Yes."

Riley asked how they could move forward together as a couple, especially because he felt like she was still hiding things from him, and Violet said maybe he needed to write complicated questions down because her English wasn't great.

Riley said he understood and thought that was a great suggestion, and then Violet explained how she just wanted a man to love her and stand up for her.

Riley promised to earn Violet's respect back and protect her, adding, "I will keep my word."

"This is a last chance for us," Violet noted. "I receive your apology."

Riley told the cameras that Violet's language-barrier answer sounded like an excuse to him, but he decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, mainly because he could've reacted better in the situation with Tiffanie. He wanted to focus on the little time they had left together, which was only about four days.

Later on, Violet took Riley -- dressed in traditional Vietnamese attire -- to a Buddhist temple, where they prayed together. She felt relaxed and at ease in this temple, and so she thought a visit there would strengthen their relationship.

The pair continued to soak in the local culture together, but Violet was anxious and worried. She had something to tell Riley, something she had been keeping to herself for quite some time.

Violet then took Riley to a park, where they flew a kite together. Violet still had a big decision to make, of whether she should move to America.

Violet told Riley how she'd move to the United States with no job or money, but Riley said he would help her financially.

"How much do you have in your bank account. How you support me and my daughters?" Violet asked.

"In savings and investments, I have close to $100,000 U.S. dollars in my bank account," Riley shared. "Does that amount make you feel secure to potentially give up your career and move?"

Riley insisted that he makes "broke" look "really good." He said he lives a simple life but would have enough money for her and her daughters in America.

The conversation caught Riley off-guard a little bit, but he didn't have a problem with her asking questions. Riley wanted to be an open book for Violet, with the hope she'd be the same for him.

During a break from kite flying, Riley asked Violet about the fact she had texted his father bad things about him.

"Do you regret it? We're in a better place now. We're talking and getting along. Do you regret that?" Riley asked.

"I don't see [how] it's my fault," Violet replied. "I say, 'No.'"

Violet told the cameras that when she had texted Riley's dad, she was very upset and angry during an argument with Riley. Violet said she had simply spoken the truth, and Riley repeatedly bringing up the past was beginning to annoy and frustrate Violet.

"You always kill my feelings," Violet vented to Riley.

Riley told the cameras that he just wanted Violet to own her bullsh-t. He couldn't believe she wasn't able to have a "decent" conversation with him and express how she regretted trashing him behind his back to his father.

Riley didn't know what to do and if this relationship could be salvaged.

GINO and JASMINE

Gino and Jasmine were shown shaving each other's nose hairs, and they gushed about how they were making progress in their relationship.

Gino thought she and Jasmine had a "breakthrough" when Jasmine opened up about her insecurities and took accountability for her attitude and how she reacted to things.

Gino was hoping Jasmine would try and build a relationship with his family. Jasmine also gushed about how Gino was able to climax every time they had sex, which made her feel confident and sexy as a woman.

Gino and Jasmine apparently wanted to have a baby together at some point and were not practicing safe sex. Jasmine already has two sons from a previous relationship, but Gino said they both felt ready to start a family together.

When Gino asked Jasmine for her thoughts on the topic, Jasmine said she liked the idea of having a baby but reality hit her differently.

"I know what it takes. It's a beautiful experience and you love them more than your own life, but it's not easy, baby. And trust me, if you don't have a very strong relationship, kids are going to make things worse because they put a lot of pressure into our relationship... Kids are chaotic," Jasmine explained.

Gino felt "completely confused," because he thought Jasmine was already sold on the idea of having a child with him. Their relationship had also turned a corner for the better.

"If Jasmine doesn't want children, I feel like everything we've built up to this point could fall apart," Gino lamented in a confessional.

Gino asked Jasmine what she was trying to say, and Jasmine asked if they were going to be good parents, considering they were both getting older and Gino was near his retirement.

Jasmine feared handling a child on her own in the United States, but Gino assured her that he would help her and be around all the time for their baby.

"I think we can do it," Gino said.

It was hard for Jasmine to imagine relying on Gino's family for help, especially since Gino wasn't even sure if his loved ones liked Jasmine to begin with. Jasmine also knew moving to Michigan with her sons was going to be a difficult task to handle in itself.

Jasmine didn't have an answer for Gino about having a baby, and so that scared her.

"Would you still stay with me, and marry me, and be with me, and be happy [if we don't have a baby]?" Jasmine asked.

"I told you, I want a child," Gino responded. "Could I survive without a child? Yeah, maybe. But I won't be happy like if I did have one."

Gino asked why Jasmine had waited so long to talk about this, and Jasmine said it took time for Gino to ejaculate during sexual intercourse and a part of her worried he was going to leave her.

Gino realized he and Jasmine weren't on the same page about this, and he wasn't sure he would be complete without having a child in his life. He just hoped Jasmine would change her mind in America.

DAVID and SHEILA

David and Sheila were shown driving to Mactan to take Sheila's son Jhonreil to the beach. The couple only had one week left together in the Philippines, and Sheila wanted to make sure David would get along with her child.

Sheila was also concerned about whether David would be able to financially provide for them.

Sheila explained to David how Jhonreil was shy, but Sheila admitted to the cameras her son probably thought David was weird since he's deaf. David therefore wanted to prove that he could be a good father and bond with Jhonreil.

David asked, through the ASL interpreter, what sports Jhonreil liked, and the conversation was brief and concise. However, David started playing a slap-the-hands game with Sheila's son that made everyone laugh in the car. David and Jhonreil also had a thumb war using their hands.

"He's warming up to me, and it feels really good," David gushed in a confessional.

Once at the beach, David and Jhonreil splashed and bonded in the water together, and Sheila's son said she'd like to learn sign language so that he could communicate with him more easily.

Sheila said that after experiencing her mother's tragic death, she wanted to make sure her son would have a better life.

David then took Sheila and her son out for dinner, and Jhonreil said he had a lot of fun with David earlier in the day. Jhonreil's father had left him, and so Jhonreil apparently liked having a positive male influence in his life.

David said he was willing to be Jhonreil's second father, and he assured Sheila's son that he was not alone, which made Jhonreil smile big.

David then asked Jhonreil if he'd like to move to America, and Sheila's son responded, "No."

Jhonreil said he'd miss his family and friends, but David assured him that they would have a good time and Jhonreil could learn how to speak English at a good school, play sports, and make new friends.

"I know my son is scared, it's a big change. But I love David, so I hope that he will change his mind," Sheila told the cameras.

David hoped Jhonreil would be brave enough to give the United States a chance, and he promised Sheila he would pay for them to live and take care of them in America. He took that responsibility upon himself.

David, who works two jobs to pay the bills, said he would do his absolute best to provide for Sheila and her son. He didn't want to let them down or hurt them.

"I cross my heart [I won't leave you]. I really love you," David told Sheila.

MEISHA and NICOLA

After a lot of fighting and many ups and downs, Nicola took Meisha fishing at a beach so they could relax and just have a fun time together.

The pair enjoyed some laughs as Nicola showed Meisha the ropes, but then Meisha accidentally cut her leg and started bleeding.

Nicola became very protective of his girlfriend and wanted to clean her up, but Meisha resisted and wanted to keep going. The day therefore didn't go exactly as Nicola had been hoping it would.

Meisha was about to meet Nicola's mother, who didn't really know anything about her -- except for her past, which included a divorce and having two children -- and so she worried his family members weren't going to like her.

Nicola acknowledged his mother can be a difficult, traditional and conservative woman who didn't want him to marry someone from America, who's not a virgin.

"I'm dropping an atomic bomb on my mother," Nicola admitted. "At the same time, family means a lot to Meisha, and so I wonder if this meeting is going to go badly. I wonder if it's going to be a problem for Meisha."

Meisha just asked Nicola to be proud of her and defend her, and Nicola promised to defend her.

Nicola, having no doubts about Meisha and wanting to marry her, later brought Meisha to his home and introduced her to his mother, Nadia.

Meisha gave Nadia a beautiful bouquet of red roses as well as her favorite chocolates. Nicola had never brought a woman home before, so Nadia was surprised. Nadia, at first glance, thought Meisha was cute and friendly, but she didn't understand why Nicola had brought her by.

Since Nadia spoke Arabic, the conversation was a little tough. And then Nicola's brothers, Andy and Mickey, arrived for the family gathering.

When Meisha asked Nicola to open up about their relationship, Nicola put a wall up and stopped in his tracks. Meisha asked why he was being so awkward and tense, and Nicola claimed that's just who he is.

One of Nicola's brothers then asked Nicola how he knew Meisha and where they met, and the segment ended on a cliffhanger.

STATLER and DEMPSEY

Dempsey was feeling very hurt after her conversation with Statler the previous night.

What started out as an incredibly romantic Valentine's Day night went downhill very quickly once Dempsey learned Statler's ex-girlfriend had asked her to meet up at the airport in England and stay in a hotel together.

"I don't know why Statler would even tell her ex she was coming to England in the first place," Dempsey vented.

"She kept all of this from me, and so now I feel like she might be hiding something. If she hasn't closed that chapter, then she shouldn't be opening a new chapter with me -- and she certainly shouldn't be asking to move in with me."

Dempsey said things were moving too fast and so she needed to take a pause and think about things.

Meanwhile, Statler didn't think she was rushing the relationship at all. Statler also didn't think the situation with her ex-girlfriend was a big deal, nor did she view it as a secret that she had kept from Dempsey.

"I don't know where things are with us. I don't even know if I'm in a relationship this morning. I have no clue," Statler lamented in a confessional.

Statler then Zoom chatted with her friend Natali, who admitted Dempsey probably no longer felt special after hearing about Statler's ex.

Natali also advised Statler to just live in the moment and put serious discussions on the back burner.

"I'm going to do whatever it takes to keep her and get her to reconsider what our future looks like. I'm just hoping I didn't mess everything up," Statler told the cameras.

Statler began to fear she had sabotaged her relationship with Dempsey, and so the women sat down for a conversation later that night.

Statler told Dempsey that she didn't want to waste time, but Dempsey assured her girlfriend that their relationship was definitely going somewhere. However, Dempsey wanted to take things gradually.

"We've been gradually getting to know each other for seven months," Statler snapped, before insisting her reunion with her ex-girlfriend was "never going to happen."

Statler told Dempsey that she was 100 percent in the relationship and ready to leave her life in the United States behind. Statler, who admittedly had abandonment issues due to her adoption, was afraid Dempsey was going to call it quits and hurt her once she returned to America.

Dempsey hugged and comforted Statler, who began to cry, and Dempsey suddenly understood why Statler wanted an instant fairy tale. Still, Dempsey didn't want to rush things in their relationship.

"I love you... and I still want to be with you. And I want you to meet my friends," Dempsey said.

Statler therefore agreed to take things slower, knowing she had found true love with Dempsey. A part of Statler, however, still hoped Dempsey would come around to the idea of them living together.

CHRISTIAN and CLEO

Christian and Cleo were trying to put their relationship back on track, but their in-person romance had kicked off with a lot of tension and a big fight.

"I do feel like I need to keep my guard up a little bit," Cleo explained in a confessional.

Cleo then brought Christian to an astrologist so they could understand their relationship a little better and find out if they're truly compatible. She also wanted insight into what their future together might look like.

Christian apparently didn't believe in astrology in the same way, and he cracked jokes about the appointment and how Cleo was probably going to fly off the handle.

Christian, a Gemini, promised to go into the appointment with an open mind, and Cleo seemed to really appreciate that.

Cleo and Christian learned from the astrologer that Christian lacks tact, sensitivity and empathy. Cleo, on the other hand, was told she's super sensitive, which can create friction and battles in their romance.

"You may see each other as an enemy at times," the astrologer said.

Cleo and Christian agreed that they wanted to view each other as partners, teammates and friends, and Christian was surprised about how accurate the reading seemed to be about their relationship.

The astrologer predicted Cleo and Christian's relationship may not last, and then Cleo broke down into tears. Cleo had a moment of reflection and nostalgia, thinking about when times were great with Christian, and it apparently made her very sad.

"I don't know if I'm ready to deal with [a breakup]," Cleo cried.
