90 Day Fiance features Americans who have fallen in love with foreigners bringing their fiances to the United States on K-1 visas.

However, once the couple is in America together, the American must marry their overseas partner within the 90-day period allowed by the visa or the foreigner has to return to their home country.

Below is the latest on several of 90 Day Fiance's eighth-season couples based on the sixteenth episode.

MIKE AND NATALIE

After Natalie left Mike's home in April 2020, Mike was pacing around his house and seemed really upset.

Mike said he and Natalie were supposed to get married that day but he just "got real nervous" and was "having really cold feet."

"I just feel like everything is so rushed and it's not a good day," Mike admitted.

"With everything that we've been trying to figure out and work on things and just deal with all the factors -- corona and everything else -- when I woke up this morning, I had a lot of sh-t going through my head. I just went and told her, 'I'm just not ready.' And she packed up her stuff so quickly and took off."

Mike said it felt very odd not having Natalie in his house but he had a lot on his mind and the situation was just "f-cked up."

Meanwhile, in Seattle, WA, Natalie and Mike's friend Tamara couldn't check in to the hotel because Mike wasn't present to show his ID that matched the credit card the women were trying to use to pay for the hotel room.

Tamara realized Natalie might have to go back to Mike's house and stay with him, and Natalie said she didn't know what to do because she didn't have much money on her or any credit cards.

Natalie complained that she and Tamara were basically left on the street, and they were three hours from Mike's house. Natalie also said she couldn't stay at Tamara's place because her house was full and there was no space for her.

Natalie realized she had to return to Mike, and she appeared to be distraught and exhausted after "a terrible day." She had no idea what was going to happen upon seeing Mike again.

Once Natalie returned to Mike's place, Mike requested that she stop recording, and so the couple turned off all the cameras.

The next day, with only two days left until Natalie's K-1 visa was going to expire, Natalie recalled how she and Mike had slept in separate bedrooms because she was feeling angry and insecure. Natalie felt like the whole world was against her, and she didn't know how to cope.

Mike hoped to sit down with Natalie to talk and work on things. Mike told Natalie that it was hard for him to call off the wedding and he had come down with a case of cold feet.

Mike insisted there was nothing behind his decision to cancel the wedding other than nerves and that people cancel or delay weddings all the time, but Natalie felt rejected and said everyone was going to laugh at her.

Natalie asked Mike what was her fault, but he said, "Nothing," and then took "full responsibility." Mike apologized to Natalie for putting her in this situation and said he was glad she decided to come back because he never wanted her to leave to begin with.

"I was super, super worried," Mike noted.

Natalie couldn't call her relationship an easy one, but she said she still had feelings for Mike deep inside. Natalie felt disrespected, but Mike replied, "I love you very much and didn't mean to hurt you."

Natalie acknowledged life would go on and she was happy to be in Mike's house. With that being said, Natalie added, "I forgive you."

Natalie asked Mike if they should marry within two days, and although Mike believes marriage is "a big thing" and he wished they had more time, Mike told Natalie that he wanted her to stay and continue working on things together.

"Past the 90 days, I want you to stay and I don't want you to go anywhere... I don't want you to go home," Mike said.

Mike suggested they should reach out to a lawyer to ease their minds because he didn't want to rush the wedding. Since Natalie's country was basically closed down due to COVID-19, Mike was hoping to be granted more time once Natalie's K-1 visa expired.

With only one day left on Natalie's K-1 visa, Mike and Natalie videochatted with an immigration lawyer. Mike expressed how Natalie was afraid to be "illegal" but he assumed she'd be able to stay longer due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The immigration lawyer wasn't sure how COVID-19 was going to affect or change the couple's situation, but she advised Mike and Natalie to get married and file their paperwork within the 90-day requirement.

The immigration lawyer explained immigration is in every single airport and Natalie would be trying to fly on an expired visa with nothing pending, like a green-card application, and so she would essentially be facing big trouble. Natalie was advised not to take a plane anywhere unless paperwork was pending.

Natalie learned she'd be able to receive a permit to visit her mother in Ukraine if she got married, and so Natalie told Mike that she needed to wed in order to be happy and feel content.

"I don't see any solution except getting married. That's it," Natalie said, before telling Mike, "If you don't want to marry me tomorrow, I have to leave tomorrow."

Natalie said if Mike wanted to be with her, he only had one choice to make -- but he wouldn't give her an answer and she was "so frustrated."

Mike was trying to process everything as Natalie felt "abandoned" by her fiance. Natalie said she didn't want to break the law but he didn't know what to do.

"We've got our issues, lots of things. Everything is rushed. It's not like it's a magical fairy tale," Mike complained.

"It's not like there's anything that's going to magically change my mind and it's going to be, 'Poof!' There's not. I don't know."

JOVI AND YARA

With one day until their wedding, Jovi was shown gambling with some of his friends in Las Vegas after enjoying a romantic evening alone with Yara and room service in their hotel room.

Jovi said he felt relieved that Yara was finally happy, and he said he was going to try to listen, pay attention to her all the time and try to understand what she needs in order to keep her happy.

Yara wasn't drinking alcohol in Vegas, which Jovi's friends noticed and thought was strange, but Jovi explained in a confessional they wanted to wait a little bit longer to share their news since Yara had previously experienced a miscarriage.

Jovi and Yara then went to a jewelry store to pick out wedding rings with the help of Jovi's mother Gwen.

Yara picked out a $1,200 wedding band and Jovi thought that was too expensive, but Gwen pointed out that Yara was going to wear this ring for the rest of her life and it truly means something. Gwen wanted her son to take this purchase more seriously.

In the end, Jovi let Yara pick out the ring she wanted in order to not make any waves before their wedding.

Jovi then went shopping for a wedding tuxedo, and one of Jovi's friends, Kline, admitted Yara had been moody and a little unhappy. Kline figured there was something going on other than Yara missing her family at home.

"When Jovi is back home, he likes to party, and I don't know if Yara is prepared for all that," Kline told the cameras.

Jovi insisted that Yara was The One for him, and his family and friends just hoped Jovi could grow up from his partying ways and become a good husband. His father also had high expectations of Jovi being a dad.

"[I feel] a ton of pressure on my shoulders and I'm just worried am I making the right decision? Have I had enough time to think this through? I don't know," Jovi lamented.

TARIK AND HAZEL

On Tarik and Hazel's wedding day, Tarik said he was nervous and excited. Tarik was able to book his wedding at the spiritual center where he always wanted to get married because they had just opened up again amid coronavirus pandemic.

Although Hazel wanted to get married in a church, Tarik said the churches in his area weren't open.

Tarik and Hazel planned to Zoom with their family members during the ceremony so they could be a part of it, and Hazel looked forward to eventually bringing her son Harrey over to the United States.

Hazel gushed about marrying the man she loves, a man who accepts her for who she is and wants to be.

"Coronavirus couldn't stop this day being the most beautiful day for me and Hazel," Tarik gushed.

Tarik's older brother Dwain drove from Salt Lake City, UT, to attend the wedding, which apparently filled a void for Tarik, who didn't want to risk his mother coming due to COVID-19. Tarik also said his relationship with his brother Dean was "dead" at the time.

Hazel's parents decided to participate in the wedding via videochat despite the fact her mother didn't approve of Hazel being bisexual. Hazel realized in that moment her parents must have accepted her "somehow."

As Hazel walked down the aisle on her wedding day, Tarik teared up and told the cameras, "Hazel looks like an angel. It's hard to feel like I deserve her."

Hazel also said Tarik looked handsome and she wanted to bite him, and the pair were married by Tarik's friend Angela.

Tarik cried during his vows and told Hazel that he found her shortly after he had given up on love. Hazel also got emotional when promising Tarik that she'd be loyal to him as well as a good mother and stepmother to Auri.

"I love you both forever and ever," Hazel noted.

The couple was officially married and Hazel gushed, "I am wife!... I am the boss now and I am happy!"

BRANDON AND JULIA

In April 2020, Julia was preparing for her wedding the next day, but she didn't feel very happy because she said Brandon had done nothing to help her.

The night prior, Brandon and Julia had gotten into a big fight that left Brandon with some questions. He said he didn't want to spend the rest of his life fighting with his wife and wanted to make sure they were on the same page.

Brandon therefore asked Julia if she 100 percent wanted to marry him because she had allegedly walked out on him. Julia admitted she felt angry and sad and Brandon needed to try to change her mind and make her happy.

"Brandon, marry [does] not mean we [won't] divorce after, if we have more problems and not fix [them]," Julia said.

"Are you threatening with divorce before we've even gotten married?" Brandon asked.

"I try to say what happen if we [don't] stop and do not hear each other," Julia explained.

"That's kind of a threat," Brandon noted.

Brandon insisted he had put in effort and tried but a relationship takes team work. With that being said, he looked at Julia and just said, "I love you," to which she replied, "I love you too."

Brandon knew Julia would calm down and be okay, and he explained they were always able to work through their issues and resolve them with a heart-to-heart conversation.

"You won't be sad after tomorrow," Brandon said, which made Julia cry because her fiance was "so cute."

Brandon wanted to show Julia how much he cared about her since she couldn't have the "elaborate" wedding of her dreams. As a result, Brandon surprised Julia with a spa day in his parents' bathroom, which included a bubble bath and candles.

On the couple's wedding day, Julia couldn't stop thinking about her hair, dress and shoes. She had found a dress that she liked but it wasn't exactly what she wanted for her big day.

Brandon's mother Betty expressed how she was sad about her son leaving the nest because he'll always be her "baby" and "little boy," but she seemed very happy for the couple.

For the wedding, Julia wore a knee-length white dress, a tiara and a jean jacket. Julia had made her own wedding bouquet and did her own bun-styled hair and makeup.

Julia was excited to become Brandon's wife, but at the same time, she was sad about her family not being there.

During the wedding, Julia and Brandon exchanged vows in each other's languages, which Julia thought would be incredibly sweet, romantic and personal.

Brandon and Julia then got married in a beautiful church, with Julia's parents watching the whole ceremony on video.

Brandon read his vows in Russian and said, "How did I get so lucky to meet you? How did I get so lucky to call you my love? I feel like the happiest man in the world. From this moment on, you are my priority. I love you and I need you forever."

Julia cried tears of joy as Brandon read his vows, and she responded by promising to love him always as well as appreciate and respect him. Julia vowed to always make protein cookies and love him forever as his "Russian angel."

The ceremony made everyone cry, and Julia looked forward to having another ceremony in Russia one day.

REBECCA AND ZIED

On the couple's wedding day, Rebecca was feeling pretty nervous. It wasn't going to be the wedding she wanted or the wedding of her dreams, but Rebecca looked forward to spending the rest of her life with the "amazing" Zied regardless.

All of Rebecca's children couldn't attend the wedding due to coronavirus, but Tiffany was present for her mother's third wedding. Tiffany's fiance Micah also still had doubts and concerns.

Rebecca said she had purchased a dress online that was two sizes too big since she couldn't go shopping for a dress in boutiques. After the dress was altered, it apparently didn't zip up and so Rebecca said she was going to wear a white corset on top of it.

Rebecca was picked up in a white carriage pulled by horses, and she said she felt like a princess on her way to marry her prince. Zied also gushed about being "so happy" as his bride arrived.

"I am so happy to have a woman like Rebecca. She is so beautiful," Zied said.

Rebecca was walked down the aisle by Micah and his friend Clay, and Zied was standing at the top of the aisle outside of a country gazebo wearing a blue dress shirt and purple jacket.

Rebecca and Zied then held hands and exchanged rings and vows. After a kiss, they became man and wife, officially!

Zied said the wedding felt like a fairy tale, and Rebecca told the cameras that she couldn't wait to go home with Zied and be alone with him. After the wedding, the couple took off together in the horse-drawn carriage.
