JENNY AND SUMIT

Jenny had been in India for a few weeks and they had the intention of getting married.

Sumit hadn't talked to his parents since he informed them that he'd be moving in with Jenny, but they had finally agreed to talk.

Sumit admitted he was scared to have the conversation but needed to have it for the sake of his relationship.

Jenny had a Tourist Visa good for 10 years, but she had to leave the country every 108 days. She therefore planned to marry Sumit before the six months is up so she could stay in India permanently.

Jenny anticipated Sumit's parents were going to object to a marriage, but she felt happiness when in Sumit's presence, so she said she was ready to get married.

Sumit had hoped his family might accept Jenny now that he's divorcing his wife, but Jenny wasn't so sure. Sumit told Jenny they had found "true love," and Jenny said if his parents wanted to see Sumit happy, then this is what they should want.

Jenny said this whole crisis could have been avoided had Sumit's parents allowed them to marry when she first traveled to India in 2014.

Jenny was afraid for Sumit because she had watched them ambush him before in their shared apartment, but Sumit told his wife, "They just need to let me live my life."

Sumit later met his parents, hoping they would accept his relationship with Jenny. Sumit said his parents didn't really need to accept his relationship but he just wanted to make sure they wouldn't "mess with" his marriage.

Sumit's parents Sahna and Anil then appeared on camera for the first time. Sahna and Anil said when Jenny first traveled to India in 2013, she said she was just a Facebook friend of Sumit's and had asked to stay with them for a week tops.

However, Jenny ended up living with Sumit and his parents for four months. Sahna and Jenny apparently thought Jenny was wonderful and the women got along great, but Sumit's parents had no idea at the time Sumit and Jenny were more than friends.

When Anil was sleeping, he noticed Sumit was spending time with Jenny late into the night, which gave him the idea they had more of a romantic relationship happening.

"I was shocked. She is too old," Anil said.

"She wanted to marry him, but we didn't allow her to marry him. She has been in an inappropriate relationship with him," Sahna said. "She should have treated Sumit like her son. I thought Jenny had a good nature, but after seeing this, I don't like her at all."

Sahna said she hated how Sumit was spending so much time away from them, and Anil said Sumit had "smashed" his dreams of playing with his grandchildren one day given Jenny is almost double Sumit's age.

"I love Jenny and I'm going to fight for her," Sumit told the cameras. "I have to make them understand Jenny and I love each other and it's a true love. And that's what's more important than what society thinks."

DEAVAN AND JIHOON

Deavan's mother Elicia had been in Korea for two weeks and she was about to head home. The pair therefore went to a local tea shop in order to spend some quality time together.

Deavan admitted she was going to really miss her mother, who helped her out with Taeyang and Drascilla. Deavan also said it was nice to have someone to talk to in English and confide in.

Elicia told her daughter that she was "terrified" and "genuinely afraid" to leave Deavan and Jihoon alone with the two kids.

Elicia didn't trust Jihoon to take care of his family and financially provide for them, and she simply said, "I think you're screwed," adding that Jihoon's parents enabled him.

Deavan agreed and could see where Elicia was coming from since Jihoon's parents always gave him money, but she wanted to give Jihoon the benefit of the doubt since she loved him and wanted her son to grow up with his father.

Deavan and Elicia had an emotional goodbye, and Elicia said, "Right now, I feel like I'm leaving [the kids] in the hands of a 16-year-old boy. Yay."

Elicia even told baby Taeyang he was going to be the man of the house. Elicia said her heart was broken to leave her daughter and grandchildren because she loves them so much.

Elicia believed Deavan had made "a huge mistake" by moving to South Korea, but Deavan remained optimistic Jihoon wanted to change and would become a better husband and father.

"There are no more chances after this," Deavan noted in a confessional.

Deavan told Jihoon to stop taking money from people, including his mother, because they had to take care of themselves. Jihoon confessed he was scared and worried about his relationship because it was "hanging by a thread."

ARIELA AND BINIYAM

Ariela was feeling "super lonely" ever since her mother Janice left. Ariela was upset she'd have no friends or family to help her raise the baby, and she was overwhelmed with the idea of staying in Ethiopia.

Ariela told Biniyam that she felt a lot of pressure to stay in Ethiopia even if things weren't going well between them, and Biniyam replied, "You can't leave" with a lot of concern in his voice.

Biniyam asked Ariela to have patience, but she responded with, "If we're not getting along, why would I stay here?... I can still leave now."

Biniyam thanked Ariela for staying in Ethiopia and starting a life with him, and he told her that he didn't want to lose his family again. Biniyam was referring to his ex-wife, who had moved back to America with his first child, a son.

Ariela wasn't threatening to leave, but she wanted Biniyam to know it was a possibility. Biniyam assured Ariela their relationship was working.

"I feel a lot of pressure because I don't want him to get his heart broken again. Biniyam's parents died when he was very young and his ex-wife left him, and as a result of that, he's not able to see his son," Ariela told the cameras.

"I don't know what he'd do if I were to leave, especially if I leave with the baby."

Ariela told Biniyam that she was going to depend on him for everything and if things weren't good between them, she'd have no reason to stay in Ethiopia.

However, Ariela said she loved Biniyam and wanted to be a family with him. She was going to give Biniyam and a life in Ethiopia a chance, but she only had three weeks to change her mind and return to the United States or decide to stay in Ethiopia long-term.

With that being said, the couple exchanged professions of love, and Ariela tried to remain optimistic.

Biniyam wanted to move into his cousin's two-bedroom apartment that was fully under construction and Ariela didn't think would be ready any time soon, so she convinced Biniyam to compromise and look at apartments with her that she had found online.

If Ariela and Biniyam found a suitable place to live together, Ariela figured she would feel better about living in Ethiopia. Ariela was thrilled to discover one apartment had running hot water, but it was going to cost the couple $1,400 a month in American dollars.

Biniyam was working as a dancer, personal trainer and choreographer, but he only made $500. Biniyam admitted he had zero dollars in his account and didn't like how the apartment was so far from his work.

Biniyam told Ariela that his cousin's place was cheap, but Ariela pointed out nothing was working in the apartment and everything needed to be fixed. Ariela argued it would take too much time to fix the place before her baby's arrival.

Biniyam felt he couldn't win with Ariela, but she yelled at him, saying she couldn't live in a place with no working bathroom or kitchen. There weren't even floors or a stove.

"You're so excited for this baby, but how are you actually going to take care of it?" Ariela asked.

Ariela was completely stressed out and accused Biniyam of not making any effort for her and their relationship. Biniyam asked Ariela to be patient for one week while he made the improvements to his cousin's apartment, but Ariela screamed that was not an option for her.

KENNETH AND ARMANDO

Kenneth's daughters Cassidy and Taylor were packing to return to Florida. Kenneth called it a "short but sweet trip."

Kenneth said he felt bad his daughters had to witness a man using a derogatory slur against Armando and himself. He didn't want to end their vacation on that note, and Kenneth cried in his daughters' arms before they left.

Armando loved how supportive Kenneth's family was of his relationship, and he could only hope his family would be like that one day.

"I really love Armando a lot. I believe he is the only person that could take me away from them and take me away from everything I've known and my country," Kenneth shared with the cameras.

The time then came for Kenneth and Armando to drive and pick up Hannah as well as meet Armando's family. Kenneth knew the future of his engagement and relationship hung on how well this meeting was going to go.

Armando was very nervous to see his family, but Kenneth provided comfort.

BRITTANY AND YAZAN

An on-screen graphic showed that Brittany had received urgent news that her divorce hearing was scheduled in Chicago, IL, in three days. She therefore booked a flight to return to the United States immediately.

Brittany told Yazan that she was going to miss him, and she explained her reason for traveling was that she needed "to do stuff" and also her sister was having her baby.

"I'm not completely lying to Yazan. I'm just not telling him the full truth," Brittany told the cameras.

Brittany apparently filed for divorce when she was temporarily living with her mother in Chicago. She knew she had to make the court date in order to settle her divorce, and Brittany just hoped everything was going to work out.

Brittany didn't want to come clean to Yazan that she was technically still a married woman because they were finally in a great place, but Yazan was actually wondering if Brittany was lying to him or maybe even "playing games."

Yazan admitted he was so sad to say goodbye to Brittany, and a part of him seemed to worry she wasn't going to return to Jordan.

Yazan feared his relationship might not succeed, and he said a part of his heart and a part of his soul was leaving his body when Brittany hopped into a car and headed to the airport.

TIM AND MELYZA

Tim was very nervous he might not be able to secure employment. He told Melyza finding a job would be complicated because he had to find a company who would be willing to sponsor him.

"I just don't feel very confident that's going to happen," Tim said.

Tim told Melyza that if they got married, it would be a much quicker process for him to work legally in Brazil.

Melyza admitted getting married was not on her mind "at all," even though she and Tim had previously discussed tying the knot.

"I'm just not going to jump into marriage with somebody I don't even trust," Melyza said in a confessional.

Tim was happy he still had a job in the United States because if he needed to make money and pay bills, he could always return and work. Melyza, however, was angry and hurt that Tim had never told her that he kept his job in America.

Melyza said it seemed like Tim was scared their relationship wasn't going to work out and so he had a backup plan, and Tim acknowledged he was scared and needed something to fall back on if he ended up returning to the United States.

Melyza told Tim that she was nervous and scared as well, but Tim said he had sacrificed everything to move to Colombia for her. Melyza would respond with "for us."

"I didn't ask you to come here and sacrifice everything," Melyza insisted.

"I guess I feel a little bit sometimes that you might not be as committed to this as I am. I mean, I understand why you wouldn't be," Tim said.

Melyza told Tim that it insulted and offended her that he didn't think she was committed to him because she was essentially going against her family to be with him. Melyza was angry and frustrated to the point where she asked Tim not to look at her.

Melyza didn't appreciate Tim minimizing the sacrifices she had made, but she shared, "At the same time, there are certain things I've been hiding from him."
