Girardi, who won the heart of Jake Pavelka on The Bachelor's 14th season, announced on Instagram she is pregnant with not one child -- but two!

Girardi, 31, posted a sonogram on her social media account depicting "Twin A" and "Twin B" in a heart. She wrote at the bottom of the sweet image, "Twice the blessing twice the fun."

The former reality TV star's announcement did not identify the twins' father.

Girardi was previously engaged to NASCAR driver Todd Allen, whom she dated for three years prior to his August 2016 marriage proposal. However the pair broke off their engagement and split only a few months later in November, Us Weekly reported at the time.

"If he's stupid enough to walk away, be smart enough to let him go," Girardi captioned a November Instagram photo of herself out with a girlfriend.

Girardi was known as the villain from Pavelka's The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love season because she clashed with most of the women in the house.

The couple had called off their engagement in June 2010, just three months after the finale aired on ABC. Their split was very volatile, as both individuals made unflattering accusations and claims to the press about each other.

Shortly after her breakup with Pavelka, Girardi began dating sixth-season The Bachelorette contestant Kasey Kahl. The couple, along with Pavelka, all appeared on Bachelor Pad's second season together in 2011, which sparked endless drama.

Once Bachelor Pad ended, Girardi and Kahl reportedly moved in together in August 2011, but the couple publicly announced their decision to call it quits on their romance three months later.

During an interview with RadarOnline in 2013, Girardi talked about life after The Bachelor franchise.

"Truthfully, I don't watch reality TV because I understand now that reality TV isn't reality," she told the website.

"Reality TV stars have a very short television life, so make sure you have a back up and know when to step away from the spotlight and have a normal life."
