Below is what happened on The Golden Bachelor: The Women Tell All:
DEBBIE SAYS NO ONE LIKES NICOLLE
"I didn't come into The Bachelor with any strategy, to be honest with you. That was just me being me, and he and I, we had really palpable chemistry," Nicolle told Jesse.Cheryl quipped of Nicolle's PDA session with Mel in the pool, "We know."
Nicolle then called herself "the trailblazer" and "the pioneer" on the show, adding how she was the first one to go in and kiss Mel.
"After that, everyone was there following," Nicolle said.

In terms of the lemon bars, Roxanne confirmed the dessert was a "collective effort" under the guidance of Nicolle, who is a baker.
"I spearheaded it for sure," Nicolle noted.
"And I will say, that it would have been better said had I said that I was the head chef but I had all these beautiful sous chefs in the kitchen. And it was made with so much love from all of us."
Jesse asked if she had any regrets, and Nicolle insisted that she was "100 percent on the show to find love and to meet Mel."
Nicolle continued, "I also want to say that I want to empower women in their sixties and fifties and seventies."

Debbie interjected, "That's really hard for me to listen to."
Nicolle asked to finish her statement, and so she said, "I think it's possible to find the love of your life and maybe even create your purpose or a career and have both. Isn't that what empowering women is all about?"
Debbie announced how she really needed to address Nicolle's statement about empowering women.
"Because you did not empower us. You dismissed us," Debbie said.
"I'm sorry Debbie that you feel that way," Nicolle replied.

But Debbie didn't stop there.
"You dismissed me and my connections with Mel. You dismissed so many women. You dismissed the Final 2, saying, 'If it's not going to work out, then call me.' I will tell you, Nicolle... I always was on your side. I have defended Nicolle every single day."
But Debbie said that changed once she heard Nicolle had slammed The Golden Bachelor's Season 1 cast of women as being less attractive than the Season 2 cast.
"When you said those women weren't really attractive and when I saw that you really were on there to date America and to be an influencer? I was so disappointed in you, Nicolle," Debbie said.
"And I thought you were so much smarter than that. If you want to be an influencer, you're not going to be if nobody likes you. You hurt me. It needed to be said. You hurt me."
The audience appeared shocked, and Nicolle looked upset.
Jesse then asked Robin if she wished she had identified Nicolle as the woman allegedly on the show for the wrong reasons when she had confronted Mel about the situation.
Robin said she was glad she had told the truth because that's why she lives by.

"The only thing I can say is that I almost wish I had said it a little bit earlier," Robin admitted. "Because I think some women didn't get the time that they possibly needed because of that dynamic with Nicolle."
Carol interjected and said it was time to be "done with the roasting" because the cast of ladies had a great time together. Carol said she believed that all of the women were on The Golden Bachelor to find love.

"Thank you, Carol," Nicolle said.
Terri pointed out how the women had good times with Nicolle and appreciated her cooking for them. Terri said everyone cared about her and so it was "disappointing" to hear her talk about the women behind their backs.
"Thank you, I love you all. And I'll do better," Nicolle declared.
The women then joked about how they wanted to split Mel into pieces, with Nicolle taking the part she didn't want to name. Nicolle told Jesse that Mel has a size 14.5, triple E shoe -- a statement of which she left to his imagination.
CHERYL CRIES REWATCHING HER MOMENTS WITH MEL
Cheryl said she had fallen in love with Mel on the show and it was a "beautiful" and "fulfilling" journey.Cheryl was still wearing the bracelet Mel had given her, and she said she felt totally confident during the show that Mel was going to be her man.
Cheryl said Mel didn't get to know her entirely and she should've been more upfront with Mel.
"I should've talked to him more. I'm not a good flirter," Cheryl said with a laugh. "I wish I would've kissed him a little more, but I do have two grandkids who were watching the show."
Cheryl's son Tyson and her grandkids Azalea and Daisy were in the live studio audience rooting Cheryl on, and Cheryl was totally shocked to see them.
Cheryl's granddaughters said Cheryl had done "an amazing job" on the show, and Tyson gushed about how his mother is his "hero." Tyson complimented Cheryl on her strength and values.

Debbie recalled how her photo shoot as "the beach bride" was "epic," and she broke down into tears about how beautiful that moment was for her since she's never worn a wedding dress in real life.
"When I walked up, he said, 'Why don't we just do our vows right now?' And I said, 'Okay, let's do it!' We just had natural chemistry and it felt so comfortable... We just had so much fun and it was so easy," Debbie shared.
Debbie expressed how she was proud of herself for putting herself out there.
MEL SITS IN THE HOT SEAT AND CONFRONTS HIS EXES
Mel said the hardest part of his journey was eliminating women after really getting to know them.ADVERTISEMENT
"It was heartbreaking and heartwrenching to send them home. They all really touched my heart," Mel said.
Cheryl told Mel that she wished she had been more brave around him, but Mel confirmed that she was absolutely brave and he'll never forget the story of how she raised her family alone. He praised her for being so strong.
Nicolle told Mel that she missed him, and then she started to cry.
"I know that I made some missteps, but my feelings for you were really, really genuine," Nicolle said.
Nicolle told Mel that she didn't want to interview him every time they were together, and Mel assured the bachelorette that they had a great time together and she's a beautiful and fun woman with a lot of personality.
"I wish you nothing but the best," Mel told Nicolle.

Debbie asked Mel that since she was the only woman on the show who's never been married or had children, if that influenced his decision to send her home.
"No, it didn't," Mel confirmed. "It never crossed my mind. I wasn't even thinking of that -- ever."
Debbie said she appreciated that and she could see that Mel was compassionate.
"You kickstarted me heart again, Mel!" Debbie noted.
Alexandra proceeded to ask Mel if he could introduce her to one of his friends, and he said he would.
