Chris Harrison is apparently regretting he wasn't more direct when he confronted Rozlyn Papa about her alleged "inappropriate relationship" with producer Ryan Callahan during Monday night's The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love broadcast.

"Maybe that was a lesson learned," Harrison told The New York Post in a Friday report.

"I can't let that happen again. I just need to go out there and butcher a girl on live TV like she is on a witness stand."

While Papa and Callahan were both complicit in the alleged relationship, Harrison said he's upset that Callahan's identity also ended up being revealed in subsequent media reports -- a development he blames squarely on Papa.

"It really sucks that [Callahan's] name came out and his picture came out, because that was never our intention," Harrison told The Post.

"He has her to thank for digging all this up and making it 10 times bigger."

Monday night's The Bachelor broadcast concluded with Papa being eliminated from the competition after being confronted by Harrison about the alleged incident.

Papa has stated the relationship with Callahan was not sexual nor even romantic, however Harrison has claimed Papa is "definitely not telling the truth" with her denials, which fellow bachelorette Ashley Elmore has also refuted

Harrison has also stated Papa had continued her relationship with the producer, which she has also denied.

"Hopefully she will come on to the Women Tell All episode and sit down and talk to me," he told The Post.

Callahan's girlfriend -- who was also allegedly working on the show at the time of the alleged incident -- reportedly dumped him after learning of the allegations.
